I want to share something about one of our clients, Kara. She's a doctor. Long hours, random shifts, eating whenever she could fit it in. For years she'd been losing and regaining the same 10-15 lbs. She'd lose weight for a couple of months, get sick of what she was doing, stop, and by April she was heavier than when she started. On top of that, she was pre-diabetic. So we didn't put her on a diet. We just taught her how food actually works. How calories work. How protein works. How to build meals that keep you full without eating like a monk. Something new I built for the community ๐Ÿ‘‡
One thing Iโ€™ve noticed in here is that a lot of people want to get stronger and build muscleโ€ฆ but feel like theyโ€™re guessing in the gym. Random workouts. Random exercises. Trying to copy what they see online. So I decided to build something for this group. I just finished putting together a full STRENGTH BLUEPRINT training course that walks you through how to train properly without overcomplicating things. TKD tournament day
I will keep all updates on the tournaments here guys if thatโ€™s ok ๐Ÿ‘ Starting with a good breakfast with lots of protein and a protein bar for energy on the go. Fruits for fibre. I will bring a couple rice cakes with honey maybe for energy or a Alani energy drink ?? What do you guys think ๐Ÿค”?
My Mistakes
I don't have a progression plan. I did the same workout for around a year with time where I couldn't go to the gym. Currently I do THX workout, Boxing and Barbell (with low wight) as it also has cardio parts. Do I count them in? I would chose Program 1 as I will continue with my classes mentioned above.
