Hi everyone! Newbie here 👋🏻 I'm Jen and I live in London, UK. I dropped around 40kg over the last couple of years, but now have a fitness goal in mind to help keep me on track for, well lets be honest, the rest of my life! I have a pretty stressful job and also 7 and 10 year old girls who take up most of my time, so focusing on myself and my health has been easy to dismiss in the past, but no longer!! With that in mind, I am training with a view to competing in Hyrox at some point towards the end of 2026, and then continuing to compete with myself from that point going forwards.
