Hi All. My name is Jorge (George is ok if your R’s can’t roll 😁). I am a soon to be 41 year old Peruvian who grew up in New Jersey and is recently married with a newly teenage niece in my life as well. I’ve always been in and out of working out but recently I’ve included it into my life in a bigger way. Im learning to be a personal trainer and my main objective here is to how to grow and embrace my quiet workouts into something I can express more fully in my day to day. Im hoping to engage and learn how to navigate these waters. Below is a pic of my current progress. My hope is to be a happy camper around 10%-15% bf for the rest of my years. I made too many excuses the last 6 years and it caught up with me. My last meal would be carne asada mini tacos (usually served 5 with double tortilla).
Hey everyone, Daniel here. If you know me, I’m a bit of a fitness junkie but recently I just felt like it was getting me nowhere. Ultimately I want to get fit for me family and my dream is to hike the NZ mountains when my kid is big enough. My final meal will just be a bowl of comforting Bak Chor Mee (minced pork noodles). And maybe some hot milk tea with kaya toast. Ah. Perfect.
