Hello from Rhode Island. I just joined this group. My goal is to reduce my body fat %. I have been in a plateau for few years now. I consistency meal prep, 1,600 - 1,900 cal 3 meals a day meal plan high protein & high fiber meals in a Fasting window as well as strength train heavy with progressive overload 3-4x a week, 1 15 min cardio hiit per week and average 15-18k steps a day with 1 day of yoga/stretching, 80 - 100 oz water & average 7 hours of sleep. My body fat (Based on the MeThreeSixty app) us not decreasing at all.

Hi, I’m Priscilla and located in Seattle, Washington. My main fitness goal is to learn more about nutrition to support body fat loss. I’m aiming for healthy longevity! My death row meal would be a medium rare steak, buttery mashed potatoes with white gravy, and roasted asparagus with lemon. I’m originally from Oklahoma. So my dessert would have to be a hot fudge brownie sundae from Braums.

Hi, I’m Eve from Australia 👋 Fitness goals: Lose around 5% body weight (with full acknowledgment that the goalposts will probably keep moving), reduce body fat, build lean muscle, and look visibly more toned 🤞🏻. Most importantly, I’m here to lock in consistent habits around nutrition, movement, and recovery — and to reverse a massive loss of muscle mass, because skinny legs are not my jam. Death row meal: A full Korean feast — extra-crispy fried chicken, jjajang myeon, jjampong, and everything Korean. If it’s my last meal, I’m choosing flavour, carbs, and chaos. No regrets.

I'm Fabian and I'm from Malaysia. If you've not heard of the country, it's located right in between Thailand and Singapore. :) my current goal is to get my body fat percentage under 15% (currently at 17% based on my last InBody scan). why? cause i want a six pack. apart from it being cool, it's just a proof to myself that i can be disciplined and consistent in at least 1 area of my life. 38 year old dad of 2, hence trying to squeeze in where i can. at the same time, i am also working towards getting stronger so that my 70 year old self can wash my own a** when taking a dump. a goal that has a slightly more concrete timeline is I am also working towards my first Half Marathon in July 18 2026 with a target to complete under 2 hr 30 mins (my last run was 12km in 1hr 20 mins), lots to work on. :D if on a death row, my last meal would be Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng (translated from Malay would be Oily Rice with Fried Chicken...LOL) ! If any of you have been to Malaysia, you'll know what I am talking about.
