The most boring fat loss tool… that works stupidly well 🧠
Skool peeps, I’m going to ask you a slightly annoying question… What if fat loss wasn’t stuck because of your diet?? 🥲 What if it was something way simpler that most people ignore because it feels too stupidly basic? I recorded a Loom 🎥 about the habit that quietly fixes plateaus for a huge chunk of people I coach. And before you guess… It’s not: ❌ Fasted workouts ❌ More cardio sessions ❌ Eating less donuts It’s something that changes how many calories you burn every day without feeling like exercise. When people dial this in, I usually see: - Fat loss restart without changing calories - Better energy - Less pressure to “diet harder” - Less joint and body pain - Less hunger It’s extremely unsexy, which is exactly why people skip it. But once it clicks, mannn the changes. 👉 A lot of you already have this dialed in, but if you want the breakdown, comment MOVE and I’ll send it over. If you feel like you’re doing everything right but progress is slow… this might be why. I’ll even explain how you can lose 1 lbs a week with this habit without changing your food!

He’s not my real brother @Kevin Liu Although my older brother’s name is also Kevin Liu 😆 (legit brother from another mother) We met through basketball when I first moved to Bangkok. Fast forward to last year when my coaching business was thriving. Kevin got curious. He always thought his body was “okay”. He was comfortable. Never really thought twice about going through a structured program to help him get in shape. I guess hanging out with me often finally drove his interest to the point where he proposed a deal with me: “I will pay for your program in full. If you can help me get a six-pack in 3 months, given that I do the work, you will buy me the TV of my dreams” I thought to myself… “so he’s basically asking me to coach him for FREE”. I thought about it a little more. I know Kevin. If I help transform his life, he’s going to be a believer FOREVER. He’s going to talk about me very highly to his network. He’s going to refer me. The impact will spread even further. So I went with it. He was laser-focused. Showed up daily. Tracked his food. Sent me photos. Asked me a lot of questions. He learned FAST. 3 months later, not only did he achieve a six pack for the first time in his life at 40… his confidence skyrocketed, his energy stable, and his purpose in life took a major shift. “I need to be the best version of myself for my daughter. I want to be there (with energy) when she grows up.” I’m telling you guys — we are not a weight loss program. That’s an understatement. Even an insult ☺️ We arm you with the tools so build your best body. And then we sprinkle human support every day to ensure you get there smoothly. 🌿 Wellness Wednesday: When Love Means Having the Hard Conversations
Life isn’t just macros, workouts, and steps… sometimes wellness shows up in family moments too. My mom has been dealing with chronic UTIs for many years. She’s seen specialists, done the tests, and honestly… no clear cause has ever been found. At this point, the doctors believe her nutrition is a major trigger, especially high sugar and high sodium foods. Now here’s the funny part of our family dynamic… My mom and my older sister are absolute pastry queens 👑🍰. They love sweets and tend to go all in — moderation is not really their strong suit. Meanwhile… I’m the one over here with the “health choices” trying to nudge them in a better direction. And let’s just say… Mom doesn’t always listen to me. Yesterday she called me and said: “Can you take me to the doctor? I think I have another UTI.” The doctor ordered a urine test and prescribed antibiotics again. Luckily I live close enough to help my parents when they need it. I never complain about being there for them… but I’ll be honest — it can feel frustrating when the same triggers keep happening and the advice isn’t followed. So we had a heart-to-heart talk. I told her gently but honestly: “Mom, your UTIs won’t improve if the sweets keep coming back. Both your doctor and I have told you that sugar is one of your triggers. I can remind you, but preventing it is ultimately up to you.” That’s when something surprising happened. She said she wants to start following my lead with nutrition. Her latest labs came back showing high cholesterol, and her doctor recommended medication. My mom asked the doctor for some time first to see if improving her eating habits could bring her numbers down before starting meds. I also reminded her to get back to walking on her walking pad consistently. Have my dad and herself to cook more chicken and fish. My parents love pork and that is a major issue. We have our April vacation coming up, and we’ll be doing a lot of walking. I want her to build up her stamina now so she can enjoy the trip without getting exhausted.
