I went to the gym and did a body composition comparison from Jan 6 → Jan 29, and honestly the results surprised me in the best way.
In just a few weeks:
- Muscle mass: +0.4 kg
- Body fat: −0.8 kg→ from ~30.3% down to ~29.0% (about −1.3% body fat)
What I’ve been doing is actually very simple:
- Strength training 2x/week
- Daily walking (nothing extreme, just consistent movement)
My personal trainer even asked me, “What did you do? Your body composition changed really well.”
So I shared Darren’s IG and this community with her — she loved the approach and wants to recommend it to her other students as well.
This really reinforced something for me:
Consistency + sustainable habits > doing more, harder, or extreme.
