Tracking Workouts
How are some of you tracking your workouts? Are you using a specific app? I’m currently using smart gym but some of the workouts I do are not in the app! So far it’s good but wondering what you all are using .. would love to check out other options. Please and thank you ☺️
Week 3
Hello Everyone, Hope you are all well Three weeks finished of my calorie deficit, and I am seeing subtle changes. Last week I didn’t manage to go gym at all but this week I managed to attend more times which is a goal for me. I’ve managed to maintain my deficit the best out of all three weeks so far . For this new week I want to maintain my calorie deficit, focus on going gym more. Also, since I’m tracking calories I’m eating a lot of store bought foods so if anyone has good deficit recipes I’d appreciate it!!!

New set of exercises
I’ve finally had the chance to do my new exercise at least once. Started Wednesday with Day B Felt ok with the exercise and think I was in a good range for my choice of weights. Did Day C on Saturday afternoon I had fun with this one. The different set up from what I used to do while still incorporating some familiar techniques kept me going. Did Day A this morning This one was going pretty well until I wasn’t being smart. The exercise was WALKING DUMBBELL LUNGE I didn’t have a lot of room to walk along for the full 8 rep each leg and having to turn around confused me on what number or leg I didn’t last. Finally I pushed hard and hurt my one big toe and then my form went out the window but I pushed just didn’t go as far down on that one side. In the future I would pick one of the other exercises recommended

@Valerie Frey thats is also my problem with walking lunges haha it’s finding enough room to actually do it.. my gym is so packed all the time I hardly can find space to do a complete set … I usually try to work with a small space .. it gets frustrating sometimes, I hope you’re Okay and nothing to serious with your toe!

hello @Darren Liu I’ve been taking creatine and wanted to check…. should I be cycling it on and off, or is it safe and effective to take it consistently over time? Also, I noticed in one of your posts that you mentioned you taking around 15g of creatine. I was curious about that since most recommendations say about 5g what’s the reason for the higher amount? Thanks ☺️
