Hello Everyone, Hope you are all well Three weeks finished of my calorie deficit, and I am seeing subtle changes. Last week I didn’t manage to go gym at all but this week I managed to attend more times which is a goal for me. I’ve managed to maintain my deficit the best out of all three weeks so far . For this new week I want to maintain my calorie deficit, focus on going gym more. Also, since I’m tracking calories I’m eating a lot of store bought foods so if anyone has good deficit recipes I’d appreciate it!!!
