July 1st, we're halfway through the year and I don't know about you but that hit me this morning. Six months gone, six months left, and I started thinking about all the habits I said I was going to build this year that kept getting pushed to next month. So this month I'm doing something about it, and I wanted to share it here too. I just launched a July Habit Challenge inside my community, the Plant-Powered Kitchen Club. Every week this month I drop a link to our Daily Habit Jar. You pull one habit, try it for a full week, and come back to share how it went. One habit, seven days, that's the whole thing. Here's what I know about habits though. They are so much easier to build when you're not doing it alone. Having a community to check in with, share wins with, and stay accountable to makes a difference that I don't think people talk about enough. We're not meant to do this stuff in isolation. The Plant-Powered Kitchen Club is for women who want more energy, better health, and a plant-based routine that actually fits their life. No overhauls, no complicated plans, just small consistent steps with people who get it.
