July 1st, we're halfway through the year and I don't know about you but that hit me this morning. Six months gone, six months left, and I started thinking about all the habits I said I was going to build this year that kept getting pushed to next month.
So this month I'm doing something about it, and I wanted to share it here too.
I just launched a July Habit Challenge inside my community, the Plant-Powered Kitchen Club. Every week this month I drop a link to our Daily Habit Jar. You pull one habit, try it for a full week, and come back to share how it went. One habit, seven days, that's the whole thing.
Here's what I know about habits though. They are so much easier to build when you're not doing it alone. Having a community to check in with, share wins with, and stay accountable to makes a difference that I don't think people talk about enough. We're not meant to do this stuff in isolation.
The Plant-Powered Kitchen Club is for women who want more energy, better health, and a plant-based routine that actually fits their life. No overhauls, no complicated plans, just small consistent steps with people who get it. And if you want to do the July challenge with a whole community behind you, come join us → skool.com/nadia/about
