I Refused To Accept “This Is Just Aging”
Six months before my 40th birthday, I was a mess. I had constant pain in my lower back, shoulders, and stomach. I couldn’t walk more than a mile without my legs starting to ache. I caught some kind of cold almost every month sometimes lasting weeks and most mornings I struggled just going to the toilet. And honestly I dreaded my days. 😔 That was the point where I couldn’t take the suffering anymore and my health journey started. 🚶‍♂️ And let me tell you it's been a journey full of “surely that can’t be right,” moments of disbelief, and more than a few shocks. What I discovered was this: My pain and problems weren’t random, they were the predictable result of living the modern lifestyle, the food I was eating, the sleep I was getting, how I used (and didn’t maintain) my body, and even my constant technology consumption. The worst part? The way I felt was classed as “normal.” Just part of aging. Even though I wasn’t even 40. 🚫 No I refused to accept that. 🚫 Life couldn’t be that unfair that you get 20 decent adult years and then decline for decades. So let me make a few things clear: - Pain and constant suffering are not normal from your 30s onwards. ❌ - Your health problems are not your fault and they can be sorted. ✅ - It is never too late to start getting healthy. ⏳ - The modern lifestyle keeps you trap in suffering and make you think it’s normal. 🧠 - No one is coming to save you, it starts with you. - The modern food industry prioritises mass production and profit not your health. - You have been kept in the dark about this because fixing it would disrupt the food industry too much. If you’re thinking, “It can’t be that bad,” you’re not alone. That’s exactly what I thought. But here’s the good news change is happening. 📈 Research is growing, private investment is going into health and people like me are working to help others escape the modern lifestyle trap.

What Makes a Course Successful - Replay Available
What a great session this morning! We talked about: - the role of courses in your Skool community, - why people might not be visiting your classroom, - what makes a successful course, - strategies for monetizing your group, and - questions you can ask yourself to determine if there is room for improvement in your course or community! The entire session was about 50 minutes long with 30 minutes of questions/discussion at the end. 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙗𝙚 𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙡 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙞𝙙𝙣𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙀𝙎𝙏, so watch it as soon as you can! As part of this training, I am also offering a one-hour 1:1 Classroom Clarity Call for anyone who is interested in having an expert educator review their classroom/community and help you strategize best next steps for your classroom content. If you are interested, you can check it out here! 😊

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS.

🌿 Where are the quieter success stories?
There’s no shortage of visible business success online - often built on big launches, high output, and constant visibility. And while that genuinely works for some people, it can quietly create a standard that not everyone wants, or is able, to meet. This year, I’m intentionally amplifying different kinds of business stories. Inside the Quieter Business Community (for women building their businesses in their own way), I share a weekly Quiet Founder Story - spotlighting a member and her journey. And during our weekly coffee chats, one member has a simple 10-15 minute window to talk about her business. Just space to share what she’s creating, with others who are curious and supportive. If you’re building something thoughtfully or steadily, or in a way that doesn’t quite match the louder models of success, you’re very welcome to join us.
A SAFE HARBOR⛵️ FOR MIDLIFE MEN
I started a new community this past week (even though having two splits my brain a bit). I'm still working out the finer points, but overall, it's based on my experience approaching retirement and on how my sensitivities as an empath and a highly sensitive person (HSP) shaped it. However, guys are 'sensitive' to being called 'sensitive' unless they're actually 'sensitive.' 🙄 It's a whole guy thing, so I'm being careful to frame it without overusing terms like 'empathic' and 'HSP.' Anyway, rather than a high-ticket offer, I'm offering a tiered community at $5, $27, and $47/month to attract more guys at a lower price point. I'm assuming $5/month will keep them in, since it's low enough not to trigger churn if they experience a financially challenging month, and they receive the main offer, even at that level. The Premium and VIP tiers are even better. Here's how I'm framing it. Your comments are welcome. Here's my about page text: ==========SKOOL ABOUT PAGE======= As men near retirement age, life often feels heavier rather than quieter. Many men 50+ discover that retirement or slowing down doesn’t bring relief. It brings more noise, internal questioning, and exposure to things they once powered through. Especially for men who are perceptive, thoughtful, and deeply affected by their environments and relationships. A Safe Harbor⛵️ exists for men like us. We’re not broken. We don’t need reinvention. Just a slight recalibration. 👇🏼 👨🏼 INSIDE 'A SAFE HARBOR' IS A CALM, FOCUSED 90-DAY EXPERIENCE designed to reduce overload and rebuild your internal self-perceptive trust, so you can enjoy this stage of life with steadiness and ease instead of quiet stress. ⛔️ No therapy. ⛔️ No hype. ⛔️ No pressure to complete a course You can observe, read, listen, and engage at your own pace. You can observe, read, listen, and engage at your own pace. The value lies not in the information, but in the relief, clarity, and communitywhere you can make sense of your inner life.
