🌿 What if business feels hard.. because it doesn’t fit you?
Much business advice assumes you need more discipline, better habits, or stronger execution. But what I see a lot - especially with thoughtful, capable business owners - is something different. Work feels heavy when your business is shaped around how you think you should work, not how you naturally work best. In this session, hosted here in the CLASSIFIEDS community, we’ll explore how to recognise your natural working rhythm - and how small adjustments can make your business feel more sustainable day to day. 📅 Monday, 16 February, 2pm GMT 📍 Google Meet 🔗 Add to Calendar 💬 Are you thinking of joining us?

Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! 😉 After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. 😊 Please add your introduction in the comments below! ⬇️

Design a Business That Fits - A New Masterclass on the Calendar!
*Note: events on the calendar with a 🎉 are for everyone. Events with nothing are premium, and events with a 🌟 are VIP. 😉 This is a free session for everyone! Discover a more sustainable way to grow your business by shaping it around how you work best. In this session, CLASSIFIEDS member Teresa Fidge of the Quieter Business Community shares a different way of thinking about growth - one that’s based on design rather than discipline. We’ll look at the idea of working rhythms and how different people naturally focus, use energy, and make progress in different ways. You’ll be invited to reflect on: - how you actually work when things feel most natural - where your business might be asking too much of you, and - what small adjustments could make your work feel easier to live with This isn’t about doing more, being more consistent, or fixing yourself. It’s about noticing what fits you, and shaping your business to support focus, energy, and steady progress - without forcing yourself into someone else’s model. It’s a reflective, practical session designed to help you feel clearer about how your way of working can be a strength, not something to push against. Mark it on your calendar and invite anyone you know who might be interested. They don't have to be a member of the CLASSIFIEDS to attend this session (it's a public community!).

# FeatureStory - My experience as a motivation to inspiring to self-care
My health has turned my life upside down. From being a person that identified myself as a resource for everyone and never needed help from anyone else, I was suddenly the person who needed help with everything in the house often included taking a shower. We tend to be so good at giving everything we have to everyone else, but we forget about ourselves. The course my health gave me, made me learn: 🥰 Our value is based on who we are, not by the thing we achieve 🥰 We have premission to rest without guilt 🥰 We should give ourselves the same care as we give to other I have made a gentle community to inspire women to take gentle step towards more self-care and to use creativity as guiltfree me time. Join Gentle Self-Care Creatives if you want a reminder that feels like a gentle hug 💛
