Six months before my 40th birthday, I was a mess.
I had constant pain in my lower back, shoulders, and stomach. I couldn’t walk more than a mile without my legs starting to ache. I caught some kind of cold almost every month sometimes lasting weeks and most mornings I struggled just going to the toilet.
And honestly I dreaded my days. 😔
That was the point where I couldn’t take the suffering anymore and my health journey started. 🚶♂️
And let me tell you it's been a journey full of “surely that can’t be right,” moments of disbelief, and more than a few shocks.
What I discovered was this:
My pain and problems weren’t random, they were the predictable result of living the modern lifestyle, the food I was eating, the sleep I was getting, how I used (and didn’t maintain) my body, and even my constant technology consumption.
The worst part?
The way I felt was classed as “normal.”
Just part of aging.
Even though I wasn’t even 40.
🚫 No I refused to accept that. 🚫
Life couldn’t be that unfair that you get 20 decent adult years and then decline for decades.
So let me make a few things clear:

That’s exactly what I thought.
