That's all she wrote, folks!
Thank you so much for participating in Mayhem in May - it was fun wasn't it?!?!?! If you’ve enjoyed today and found value here, please consider leaving us a review on ProveWorth! We've had a bunch of new people join the community in the past 24 hours as well, so welcome! But also, don't be fooled - it's not normally like this. Usually the rule is one post per day. We only go crazy once a quarter. And on that note, watch out for our next free-for-all because the Back to School Bonanza is coming in August! If you're feeling a bit worn out and overstimulated, that's okay, because tomorrow, @Lydia Lowery Busler is going to teach us how to reset our nervous systems in 2 minutes flat! Check out the calendar for details and time. It's been a blast. Now off to bed! Oh, and if you've been thinking of joining me over in the Build Lab, don't wait. This is the last chance to capitalize on the free hour of strategic coaching with me...

Do you have 2 minutes?
What if it only took 2 minutes to reset, recharge, and find calm? Tomorrow, the CLASSIFIEDS own @Lydia Lowery Busler a professional composer, musician, healer, mentor, and polymath is hosting a quick 30-minute masterclass on how to return to your natural relaxed state in only 2 minutes. This is value that you don't want to miss! Check the calendar for the exact time. Here is what Lydia has to say: In an ideal world, our brains waves flow nicely from an excited state to a focused state, a visionary state to meditative state, and onward to a deep sleep state. Frequently, more than one of those states is happening at once. If things get rough, stressful, or traumatic, the intersections of those waves can become jagged. If we have some sharp edges after a rough day, like getting some bad news, taking a fall on our skis, or getting in an argument, usually we get back on track after some sleep if the system is healthy. We take extra steps to guide our brains back to calm, such as bathing, hot tea, yoga, or meditation, and when that happens, we're often able to fall asleep and hopefully get deep sleep. But what if sleep is broken? If our stress becomes chronic from things like ongoing hostility at work, or a single event such as a house fire that causing injuries, homelessness, and an inability to show up at work, we find ourselves getting less and less quality sleep and becoming more stressed during the day. Yoga and meditation may not work if brain waves are too volatile and misaligned. When we feel anxious and can't recover, we might turn to alcohol or sleeping pills. I'm a mother, a daughter, performer, teacher, community member, and I'm a survivor who's overcome impossible life odds. I came out the other side at peace. Why? In all my degrees and certifications - Applied Art, DMA in Music, Performance Coaching, Meditation Facilitation, Hypnotherapy, Positive Intelligence, Circle Leadership, Policy Governance, Board Leadership, NOLS, I've found one unifying factor that's helped me: FREQUENCY. By the end of this session, you'll have a clear understanding of controlling frequency in your life.

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS. To learn How to Make Your Classifeds' Posts Work Harder for You, check out this masterclass by one of our moderators, @Faith Adebayo

I Posted In My Skool Community For 60 Days Straight. Don't Copy My Strategy.
I posted every day for two months, and the community was fine. Then I left a bit of space in the feed, and something shifted that I wasn't expecting. For the record, I still post every day. That's just how I'm wired. But what I found out is that it's got nothing to do with why the community works. When I started leaving more space in the feed, members began filling it. Not because I asked them to, just because there was room. The conversations got more interesting. It felt less like a newsletter with a comments section and more like an actual community. I've heard versions of this from other community owners since. One person posted daily for nine months straight, took five days off, and said, despite the short-term dip, they'd do it again just for what it did to their headspace. Someone else uninstalled their apps for a couple of weeks just to see what happened. The world didn't end. Surprisingly, members were really understanding. They came back feeling lighter and more present than they had in months. So, check this out. What I think is actually happening is that constant posting can mask the thing you're not dealing with. When you create space, you find out whether the community was genuinely working or whether your activity was just filling the silence. Post every day if that's your thing. Just don't assume your members need you to. If you're running a Skool community and trying to figure out what's actually driving growth versus what's just keeping you busy, that's what we work on inside the Skool Monetisation Lab. https://www.skool.com/skool-growth-lab-2540/about Des Dreckett - Skool Monetisation Lab

Speakers Wanted
I'm looking for speakers for the August Unplug & Play week of playful adventure. The community spoke and they are hungry for hands-on sessions that they can do with their families. We also have expert style interview sessions. If you know a craft that can be shared with families, teach journaling, a language, have a cooking background, or are a gamer, I'd love to chat and see how we can collaborate. The summit is free to attend with the option of purchasing the sessions and there will be more for speakers soon. We have some wonderful speakers already including @Jen Staniforth, @Brenda Chilstrom, @Celia Kibler, and @Henry Hunter to name a few. Come play with us!
