Two New Masterclasses on the Calendar!
Interested in AI Prompting or Easy Meta Ads? Look no further. Two CLASSIFIEDS members are offering free masterclasses on both of these topics! On March 27, @Gemma Coles will be offering AI Prompting for Beginners, and on April 15, @Stacy Covitz will be offering The $5/Day "Be Seen" System. Check the calendar to add the sessions to your calendar. Here are their descriptions of the sessions: š—”š—œ š—£š—暝—¼š—ŗš—½š˜š—¶š—»š—“ š—³š—¼š—æ š—•š—²š—“š—¶š—»š—»š—²š—暝˜€: "Curious about AI but not quite sure where to start? This fun beginner-friendly session focuses on one of the most important skills when using AI - prompting. During the session, I will screen share and demonstrate a series of prompts live. You are encouraged to open your own AI tool at home and try the same prompts at the same time. We will explore simple but powerful prompting techniques, in a fun engaging way, including: • Persona prompting - asking AI to respond as a specific role or expert • Tone prompting - adjusting the style and voice of responses • Restrictive prompting - giving clearer instructions to improve results • Boolean prompting - using AND, OR, and NOT to filter or narrow down results • Iteration prompting - refining responses through follow-up prompts to improve the output The goal of this session is not to teach advanced AI systems or automation. Instead, we will focus on practical skills that help you get better answers from AI immediately. This session is ideal for people who: • Feel curious about AI but have not used it much yet • Want simple, practical examples they can try themselves • Prefer learning by following along step-by-step If you already use AI confidently every day or want to build complex automations or agents, this session is not for you. But if you want to understand how better prompts lead to better results, and how AI can improve multiple areas of your life - you are in exactly the right place. Bring your curiosity and your favourite AI tool, and we will explore it together."

Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! šŸ˜‰ This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS.

Something that nobody in wellness talks about clearly enough..
Most women don't fall off track with plant-based eating because they're not motivated enough or don't care enough or don't want it badly enough. They fall off track because nobody ever gave them a real system to work with. I know this because I see it all the time. A woman starts strong, she's excited, she's stocked her fridge, she's ready. And then a busy week hits and suddenly there's nothing quick to grab, nothing easy to pull together, and before she knows it she's defaulting to old habits and telling herself she just doesn't have the discipline for this. But here's the thing. That's not a discipline problem. That's a structure problem. And then there's protein, which is its own whole conversation. Because for women over 40, getting enough of the right protein isn't optional, it's directly connected to your energy, your muscle tone, your blood sugar, how you feel getting out of bed in the morning. And when you're eating more plant-based and you're not totally sure you're getting enough, that uncertainty quietly unravels everything. What your body actually needs after 40 isn't less food. It's smarter food. The right proteins, the right fibers, meals built around what actually supports your body at this stage of life. That's exactly what the 30-Day Plant-Based Reset is built around. Two frameworks that take all of the guesswork out: the Protein Anchor System so you always know how to build a meal that keeps you full and strong, and the 20 Meals from 8 Ingredients System so you're never staring blankly at the fridge wondering what to make. The Founding Round opens now, 20 spots at $147, and it starts March 15th. If you're ready to finally have a system that works for your body, join here: https://tinyurl.com/30dayplantreset

Reclaiming the "Math Person" (A New Way to Connect)
Remember the feeling of a math book opening? For many of us, it was the signal to run from the room. I’ve been there, watching my 5-year-old literally run screaming from the room when my daughter brought her math book out! Needless to say, math was not a popular subject in my house! We’ve been taught that math is a race to a single right answer, and if you aren't fast, you aren't "a math person." But here’s the truth: Math success isn’t an innate "gift" for numbers. Research into high-performing classrooms shows it’s actually about language. When we shift the focus from "getting it right" to "explaining how we see it," the pressure evaporates. Math stops being a test and starts being a story about how the world works. This week, in Connected Through Play, we’re stripping away the worksheets and focusing on the "Vocabulary of Logic." I’ll be sharing simple, zero-cost ways to find math patterns in your own home based on my experiences homeschooling and from my work as a learning engineer working on K12 curriculum. We are spending the whole month diving into themed weeks like this one to turn "learning" back into "connection." Don't let the "math menace" stay in your house another day. Join us at Connected Through Play to discover this week's play prompts and share your own "math horror story" so we can reclaim the joy of curiosity together.

Reclaiming the "Math Person" (A New Way to Connect)
The Moment I Almost Walked Away From My Own Business…
Yesterday I had a conversation that cracked something open. Not the kind of business conversation about strategy or content or marketing. A real one. The kind that makes you stop hiding from yourself. And if I’m honest… I almost didn’t want to have it. Because the truth sitting underneath everything was uncomfortable. Really uncomfortable. When I was asked what was going on with my fire for my business, the first thing that came out of my mouth surprised even me. I said: ā€œI miss how it was before… when there was more engagement.ā€ I miss when people were talking inside the space. When they were connecting with each other. Even if it wasn’t a lot… it still felt good. It felt alive. And then the next truth landed. ā€œI know it’s kind of my fault… because I pulled back. I’ve been inconsistent.ā€ That was the part I didn’t want to say out loud. But it was true. And when I was asked what was underneath that… The word came immediately. Worthiness. ā€œAm I worthy to be the one who holds this space?ā€ Am I worthy to create something that other people step into? And right behind that was another truth. Fear of rejection. A pattern that has been running my life for a very long time. If I’m honest… it’s been my operating mode since I was about 10 or 11 years old. So we’re talking about something that has been wired into me for over 30 years. When that fear shows up… My instinct is to hide. To pull back. To disappear into the cave. Because hiding feels safer than risking rejection. Then I was asked a question that stopped me in my tracks. ā€œIf someone you cared about told you this about their business… what would you say to them?ā€ And suddenly the answer was obvious… I would tell them they don’t have to carry everything alone. I would tell them they’re a beautiful person inside. I would tell them they deserve support. Funny how easily we can say those things to someone else… And how hard they are to believe for ourselves. The deeper truth that came out in that conversation was this:
