4 New Amazing Masterclasses on the Calendar That You Won't Want to Miss!
Have you checked out the calendar lately??? You'll definitely want to because not only are these 4 amazing new sessions listed there, but there are others that are coming up soon that you won't want to miss! On May 27, I'm teaching "Now What?" - a session dedicated to helping you create an intentional and strategic classroom for your Skool community. As an award-winning educator with a Skool community devoted entirely to teaching people how to create high-impact online courses, I can't wait to dive into this topic and help you decide the best way to get real results for your members. I expect this will be the last time I offer this session for free... On May 28, @Katya McEwen is teaching "How I Made $8,580 in Six Weeks" - I built a Top 1% Skool community โ€” twice โ€” using one repeatable method: Mini-Project Magicโ„ข. In this session, I'll walk you through the real numbers, the real timeline, and the exact framework behind my most successful launches. In this hands-on workshop, you'll gain clarity on what could be your own mini-project โ€” and exactly how to monetize it On May 30, @Lydia Lowery Busler is teaching "Calm Your Nervous System in 2 Minutes" - Every day, our nervous system tries to regulate itself. Restlessness, distraction, and anxiety are all symptoms of nervous system dysregulation. If you don't feel calm, focused, and rested each day, this short masterclass is for you. By the end of this session, you'll be able to bring yourself to a relaxed state in just 2 minutes. On June 16, @Traci Poe and @Liisa Reimann are teaming up to co-host "Step Up to the Mic: Find + Land Speaking Gigs" - Speaking gigs help you get seen, build trust, and attract opportunities. Learn how to get visibility, pitch yourself with confidence, create a speaker one-sheet that opens doors, find the right stages, and show up with authority. Please check the calendar for the exact times in your timezone, and click Add to Calendar so that you don't accidentally double-book yourself!

Since you are a Skool group owner, this is one to pay attention to. Raise your hand if youโ€™ve ever: - wondered which of your links are actually getting clicked - wanted to know if members are doing your courses without checking one by one - wished you could automatically DM new members when they join - needed voice notes in Skool but didnโ€™t want to pay for Loom ๐—ง๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—ฒ๐˜…๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—น๐˜† ๐˜„๐—ต๐˜† ๐—œ ๐˜„๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ฑ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐—ฆ๐—ธ๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—น๐˜† - ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—–๐—Ÿ๐—”๐—ฆ๐—ฆ๐—œ๐—™๐—œ๐—˜๐——๐—ฆ ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—ผ๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฟ (please note that this is not a paid sponsorship but a genuine partnership). Skooly is a Chrome extension and community built to support Skool group owners, and it offers tools that can make running your group a whole lot easier and more effective. It was built by Skool Games winner, the amazing @Joe DeFilippo and it is designed for the kinds of things group owners actually need help with, not fluff, not busywork, but practical features that help you better understand what is happening inside your community and save time behind the scenes. Iโ€™ve been using it for a couple of weeks, and it has honestly changed how I run my community. Not only that, but Joe is absolutely incredible with how quickly he interates and adds to the software as well as how responsive he is in his community. It's no wonder he has won the Skool games. Just being in his community is a great example of how to engage your members! If you are trying to grow your group, better understand member behaviour, simplify your systems, or just make community management less clunky, Skooly is well worth a look. Check it out here! __________________________________________________________________________________________________ Footnote: Because I want to be transparent and fair, this is not a change to our #FriendFriday rule. #FriendFriday is still where members share affiliated groups. This is different because Skooly is an official partner resource Iโ€™m choosing to highlight because I believe it offers real value to Skool group owners in this community.

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! ๐Ÿ˜‰ This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS. To learn How to Make Your Classifeds' Posts Work Harder for You, check out this masterclass by one of our moderators, @Faith Adebayo

The one habit that separates Skool communities that grow from ones that don't
So many community owners lose their best potential buyers in the first week. Not because they did anything wrong. Because they did nothing at all. The enemy here isn't bad content or a weak offer. It's the gap between someone joining and someone ever hearing from you again. A member joins, gets the auto-DM pointing them to the classroom, and then the community owner moves on to the next thing. That new member has no idea what to do next, nobody checks in, and within seven days, they've stopped logging in. That gap is where revenue disappears. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ The fix is a simple tracking habit. You keep a running record of every member who joins - name, join date, what they said in their intro, whether you followed up, and what they told you. A spreadsheet works. Airtable is cleaner. Either way, you're building a picture of who's in your community and what they actually need. That picture is what turns a welcome message into a conversation, and a conversation into a paying client. This isn't something you'll find taught in most community-building spaces. It's one of the things we work through properly inside the Skool Monetisation Lab. I've put together a simple (and I mean simple) CSV file you can import straight into Airtable or Google Sheets to get started. It's below. Use it as a starting point - you'll need to adapt it to fit how your community actually works. It's provided as-is, so make it your own before you rely on it. https://www.skool.com/skool-growth-lab-2540/about Des Dreckett - Skool Monetisation Lab

Saturday Red Flags: What Healthcare Doesnโ€™t Want You to Know
I've thought about this and prayed about this. It's time. Iโ€™ve been inside traditional medicine for decades, long enough to see the parts no one talks about, the incentives no one admits to, and the quiet patterns that shape peopleโ€™s lives without their consent. Iโ€™ve watched diagnoses appear because paperwork needed them, medications given because the system rewards giving them, and entire human beings rewritten by documentation that never matched their bodies. Iโ€™ve held my tongue through the politics, the gatekeeping, the โ€˜this is just how itโ€™s done.โ€™ But my silence has expired. Iโ€™m done watching the system create problems it then congratulates itself for treating. Itโ€™s time to expose what I know, not out of rebellion, but out of loyalty to the truth, and an oath I took to cause no harm. Thereโ€™s something happening across healthcare that most people never see, but almost everyone has felt the consequences of. Iโ€™m talking about a pattern that shows up in hospitals, rehab, home health, longโ€‘term care, hospice, behavioral programs, doctor offices, everywhere the system uses standardized assessments and diagnosisโ€‘linked reimbursement. Hereโ€™s the part no one warns you about: People are being labeled with conditions they do not have, and then medicated for those labels, because the system financially rewards the documentation, not the physiology. Depression that isnโ€™t depression. Cognitive decline that isnโ€™t cognitive decline. โ€œBehavioral issuesโ€ that are actually unmet needs. โ€œAgitationโ€ thatโ€™s pain, dehydration, or sensory overload. โ€œAnxietyโ€ thatโ€™s a nervous system trying to compensate. And once the label is written, the medication becomes the โ€œintervention.โ€ Not because the body asked for it. Because the paperwork did. Then the medication causes side effects, gait changes, confusion, appetite loss, sodium imbalance, cardiac effects, and those side effects get documented as new symptoms, which justify more meds, more interventions, more โ€œcomplexity.โ€ A loop. A systemโ€‘generated decline. A physiology that never had a chance to speak for itself.
