This Week in the skool CLASSIFIEDS
We've got some exciting things happening this week that you'll definitely want to mark on your calendar. Check out the CLASSIFIEDS' calendar for the exact times in your time zone. 🙌 On Tuesday, we have the second PERSONALS of the month, which means it is our Breakout to Breakthrough session - when we discuss a topic of interest to the members and learn what others are doing to grow their communities. This week, we'll be discussing community reviews. To become a Premium member and join us, please click the Upgrade button in the side panel. It's only $3/month, but the price is going up to $5/month in September, so lock in your pricing now! 🎊 On Wednesday, our VIP group is having an ad hoc meeting to discuss customer journeys, monetization, and funnels. You will note that there is no option to upgrade to VIP. That is because it is by application only and it opens only once a quarter. The next round of applications open August 27. Make sure you are following me so that you don't miss that announcement! 🥳 Last but certainly not least, our once in a quarter free-for-all is happening on Friday!!! The Back To School Bonanza is a 24-hour posting party. Beginning at midnight Eastern on the 21st and ending at 11:59 pm Eastern on the same day, you will have the opportunity to post once an hour every hour promoting ANYTHING you want - paid, free, on Skool, off Skool, etc. There are only two rules: you can only post once and hour AND for every post you make, you must comment on at least three other posts. So, if you are using a posting scheduler, make sure you also save time in your day to comment accordingly. There is NO posting and 👻 allowed! So, a fun week ahead to round out the summer. I can't wait to connect with you all!

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS. To learn How to Make Your Classifeds' Posts Work Harder for You, check out this masterclass by one of our moderators, @Faith Adebayo

Skool is a moneycentric platform whether you like it or not
Before working with Skoolers I was diving in the world of community management at large, with professionals that use other platforms and talk about the whole thing that is community management regardless of the platform. A lot of community managers hate skool. Some because of the features it lacked one year ago, and that's changing now, specially with the ammount of addons you can install. And the others don't like the philosophy of the owners here. But it's simple to understand. Hormozi and the gang wants to be billionaires, so they will favor those who help them out on their goals. - Native automation triggers only work for paid members - Growth boost favors paid communities - The new discovery is now favoring paid members more than engagement - And now the rating system is also exclusive for paid members. I apprecitate that all of that is opitional and they give you the option of getting out of GB and don't prohibit people from having addons. But as new features are implemented, people are noticing the bias toward paid communities and started complaining about it. @Lidia Axe members are talking lot about that in her group. I still think Skool is a great deal. No other platform offers what Skool offers at the hoby plan. Skoolers alone is worth more than 9 dollars because it's a networking paradise. And on top of that you get a group with unlimited storage in the classroom and unlimited native livestream time? I wonder how that's sustainable. So I'm pretty impartial on the philosophy and ethics of the platforms I use, because if I was I would be a Linux lunatic. I use Windows despite not being a fan of Bill Gates, because it''s what pays my bills. And I use Skool because it's the best deal to build my online business.

Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! 😉 After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. 😊 Please add your introduction in the comments below! ⬇️

People avoid emotional healing because they think it is heavy and exhausting
But it doesn’t always have to be: Processing what your body has carried for years is uncomfortable. I won't pretend it isn't. But healing doesn't have to stay stuck in the heavy. There is a side to it that is pure joy, play, and wildly underestimated: Music. Yes, music is a way of healing too. • You can sing like you were a superstar and empower yourself. • You can dance, workout or move in any way and release energy. • You can simply listen and feel seen and understood by lyrics that speak directly to you. For example, almost every day I sing (even though I do it terribly haha) and dance alone in my room. I allow myself to be silly and to have fun. It makes me smile. It cultivates pure joy. It makes me feel safe being ME! And you can imagine how this confidence and inner safety is reflected in life and business when I need to: • Speak my truth and set boundaries. • Put my work and offers out into the world. • Make aligned business decisions without doubting myself. This is why, in HER Wild & Wise Home, I created playlists for my members. Each playlist is intentionally curated to anchor the energy of a specific season in your life and in the journey coming back home to HER—the original version of yourself connected to your soul and power. So, start listening to music a little more intentionally today. It’s way more powerful than you think. ☀️ And if you’re a female solopreneur who wants to heal your inner world, reconnect with your soul, and build your life and business from a grounded and authentic place… Come join us inside HER Wild & Wise Home: https://www.skool.com/her-wild-wise-home-8641/about
