🔒Boundaries, Capacity & Healing from the Inside Out Today’s growth session with our special guest Melissa Made was more than educational, it was a mirror. We didn’t just talk about gut health and metabolism. We talked about the emotional inflammation that comes from saying yes when your soul says no. We explored how ignoring your boundaries weakens your foundation and how knowing your capacity is the first step in reclaiming it. 🧠 When your nervous system is in fight or flight, your digestion slows, your absorption drops, and your fat-burning systems turn off. No matter how clean you eat.... if your life is dirty, your gut won’t heal. But the deepest message wasn’t physical. It was personal: ➡️ You can’t break generational cycles while ignoring your own signals. ➡️ You can’t show up for your family while ghosting your body. ➡️ And you can’t expand your life if you’re constantly overriding your capacity. We talked about how to feel your limits without guilt, honor your needs, and build a foundation that doesn't collapse when life gets heavy. Foudation structure: - Nighttime Routine: Set yourself up for success by unwinding intentionally—no screens, no toxins, just preparation for restful sleep. - Sleep: Prioritize high-quality rest. Your body and mind can’t function at full capacity without it. - Morning Routine: Begin your day with intention—no screens, just clarity. Self-Investment ➡️ Commit to one investment in yourself this month—be it time, energy, or resources. 5. Contribution Plan ➡️ Write down one way you can share your gift with others. 🔥 Today’s session was a reminder that healing doesn’t always feel holy. Sometimes it feels like disconnection, like discomfort, like losing what once defined us… and that’s exactly where the deeper connection begins. 🧠 We opened with the foundation: Choose Yourself Philosophy - Message – You are not broken. You’ve just been programmed. - Mindset – Me versus me… plus my Creator. - Movement – Me and you… in community, choosing truth and accountability. - Mission – A global uprising of authentic, soul-led humans remembering who they are and reclaiming what they’ve always had: choice. ✨Use the message the develop your mindset to strengthen the movement and contribute your authenticity to the mission HUGE THANK YOU to our special guest, Alana Joy, who dropped wisdom on embracing the discomfort of disconnection — how solitude can be a sacred teacher when you let silence speak louder than society. Isolation = Elevation. 🌀 Disconnecting from false identities is like rebooting a glitched computer. The system may freeze. The screen might go black. But that reboot? It’s a return to factory settings… to truth.The soul doesn’t always speak in language. Sometimes it whispers through your nervous system. 🧬 Your body can detect danger (or safety) in 0.2 seconds — before your brain even processes it.That means your body knows when a title, environment, or relationship is no longer aligned… even when your ego still wants to stay. ⚖️ We then asked: Who are you... really? Are you embodying your labels, or hiding behind them? We did an embodiment exercise where each of us listed identity titles, traits or beliefs and ranked them by priority, then rearranged them to notice what we felt. Some of us felt tension. Some joy. Some clarity. Because the truth is: Your alignment isn’t just mental—it’s somatic. 🎭 Many of us realized we’ve been filling roles instead of feeling them. We don’t just need new goals—we need to clear out old ghosts. And that’s where we’re heading next week!
