Today I a running around taking care of some errands but wanted to wear something different. The opening is a sweet and slightly spicy scent. At 15 minutes, the scent is still sweet and has not changed significantly since the initial spray. 30 minutes in I am starting to pick up the fruity and floral notes from the Apple Blossom and can also detect some of the powdery accord from the Orris Root. At 60 minutes into the wear, the fragrance is quite linear and has not changes much since the initial spray. The dry down of this fragrance is somewhat sweet and creamy with some woody notes lingering in the background. Performance of this fragrance is moderate as I am getting 4 to 5 hours of longevity on my skin. The projection at the beginning of the wear is good with a scent bubble of about 2 feet for about 90 minutes. Sillage is also good with a scent trail of about 3 feet for about 90 minutes as well.

Finishing off the last of the Zara Vannila collection. Again this was part of a heritage set and set me back €26. Not too shabby for 2x100ml bottles of an edp. Again, we have a 3 note trick here, but where the previous had orange blossom, this one rocks Labdanum. When I first got them, iI recall liking the first one a little more than the second. But now im comparing them and they are both really good. The openining is rather floral bourban Vanilla, its still creamy & gourmand but not as warm as its predessesor. In the middle they have that amazing amber adds a resiounus depth & warmth. Then the labdanum at the base, aids the amber with a deeper Leathery vibe. Another bottle that seems to become more enjoyable with use. Performance is a touch weaker with about 6hrs & projection for approx 2hrs. On the dryfown Im also picking up a subtle inscense vibe which is really nice. A solid buy if you dig amber or Vannila. My Rating 6.5/10 Scent 2 Longevity 2 Sillage 1.5 Y/N 1
