I’m not particularly a big gourmand guy, but I wanted to give this a try. This plays the whole Tea Party thing perfectly. It has a crazy note profile but does not come off as cloying at all. Opens kinda earthy(mushroom) for the first 20-30 minutes but the cake comes in as a warm vanilla with the richness of the white chocolate. This is very well-blended, has decent longevity 4-6 that settles close to you but lingers on clothes. Makes a statement but doesn’t offend. It’s a tea party on the forest floor. Quite pleased with this, lots of fun to wear.

Good morning gentlemen. Decided to wear this to work today one of my favorites. It could quite easily a signature scent of mine.

I wore Desert Fire last night at the Day Three Desert Fire launch party, and I went right back to it again this morning. That usually tells me something. This is definitely a different side of Day Three. Desert Fire comes across bold, dry, spicy, smoky and resinous, with that incense running through it that immediately grabbed my attention. What I really like is that it doesn’t turn into a typical sweet smoky fragrance. It stays dry, woody and masculine, with the leather, woods, resins and incense all working together. After wearing it throughout the Desert Fire launch party last night and putting it back on again this morning, I’m finding that it gets more interesting the longer I wear it. The smoke and leather smooth out through the drydown while that resinous incense character stays with you. And being there for the actual launch makes this one a little more memorable for me. I got to experience Desert Fire on the night it was introduced, wear it through the evening, and then wake up the next morning wanting to spray it again.
