Long Delays: Customers frequently reported waiting months for items, with some orders taking over 14 weeks to arrive or never arriving at all. "Ghost" Inventory: Reports suggest the company sells items they do not actually have in stock, only ordering them after a purchase is made. Communication Failures: Many customers reported that emails to the company bounced or went unanswered. Consumers who placed orders and did not receive their items have reported needing to file for a chargeback through their credit card company or bank.
