I remember a sales associate at Neiman Marcus telling me about this recently. Well, it has arrived, and it’s apparently a tribute to the state of Texas, where Neiman Marcus is based. The notes are Cassis, Blackberry, Caramelized Sugar, Patisserie Accord, Saffron, Suede, Amber, and Musk. At $550 for 50ml, I have no interest in buying, but thought it was an interesting share. Here’s how it’s described, “An indulgent, decadent fusion of caramelized sugar drizzled over succulent blackberry evokes the hospitality of a Southern home, blending seamlessly with refined English manners. Cassis and patisserie accord are tightly interlaced at the core of the fragrance. (First off: Totally support the nobuySept philosophy. That wasn’t for me as such a new collector and small collection.) Just got my most recent order, and first time ordering from FragraneNet. Question: the bottle of Club de Nuit Sillage was damaged coming out of the box. I realized after I yanked it out that it was because the little circle charm connected by a chain was glued to the box. It seems it was facing the wrong way; and therefore was making the whole bottle stick to the box. When I yanked it out, the charm remained stuck to the inner side of the box and broke off. Should I complain about this? My wife came home from work this evening and I was sleeping. She wanted to check my temperature. It was 103.7 😬 so I wasn’t doing too good.
