I’ve had a 1ml decant of this for a few months, and decided to break it out today. Lovely leather scent that’s understated and well blended. Seems to creep up on you rather than nunchuck you in the groin. I think Ombré Leather may still be my leather go-to, but this is certainly intriguing and beguiling. A possible buy down the road.

Starting to see a bunch of new fragrance drops getting announced. Some that I'm excited about: Hermes Un Jardin Sous La Mer - I have the entire collection to date, so I will likely pick up this one once it starts making its way to discounters, but I'll be heading over to the Hermes store to see if I can get some samples, for sure. Maison Margiela Replica Chasing Sunset EDT and Up At Dawn EDT. I'm excited about these, but the notes could be hit or miss. I loved Never-ending Summer from last year, but their fragrances are very hit or miss for me. Hugo Boss Lucid Lavender - This looks really interesting, but will definitely sample first. Givenchy Gentlemen Society Sport - looks interesting for the summer. City Rhythm x Elemental Rhythm and Sex - the notes look amazing, but the price tag and lack of samples makes this a blind buy that I'm not sure I can afford. If anyone picks it up, though, I'd love to buy a decant. Byredo Gypsy Water Absolu - The original is in my top 5 favorite fragrances of all time, but has terrible longevity. I'm much more enamored with the clones that have largely solved that problem. Hoping the Absolute version improves on the original formula. Black Saffron Absolu and Mojave Ghost Absolu also look like they might be interesting. I know that Imaginary Authors has one or two in the works, but they haven't announced or given any hints, yet.
