SOTW and mailcall
Been a busy week, so I’m posting all of my SOTDs for the last week and the postage I have received under the same post. Incredibly hot weather last week so went with high heat performers. Also, I feel iced cologne is not better than the EDP. Just lacks a bit of personality imo. Ath is performing better on me now so theres hope. And for the mail call, it was all from Montagne. This is the list of what i got. * PORT D’AZUR — Inspired by Loumari Porthole * TORINO 2021 — Inspired by Xerjoff Torino21 * TYGR COLOGNE — Inspired by Bvlgari Tygar * AFTERNOON DIVE — Inspired by Louis Vuitton Afternoon Swim * AMBER ELIXIR — Inspired by Clive Christian Blonde Amber * BUKO INTENSE — Inspired by Creed Virgin Island Water * CHILLY PACIFIC — Inspired by Louis Vuitton Pacific Chill * HARMONY — Inspired by Louis Vuitton Symphony * IMAGINARY — Inspired by Louis Vuitton Imagination * LONDON — Inspired by Widian London * METEORITE — Inspired by Louis Vuitton Météore * SICILIAN TOBACCO — Inspired by Xerjoff Naxos All but 1-2 are freshies so perfect season. Im finding it hard to test them but tomorrow im giving one of these a shot. It’s a hot day tomorrow as well so lmk which one should i go for.

SOTD: Ce La Vi by Auraa Desire  27/06/2026
This is an Extrait de Parfum from Auraa Desire, a brand known for high‑concentration, well‑blended compositions, it launched around 2022, and while no single perfumer is officially credited, it clearly benefits from careful, thoughtful formulation. It sits in that versatile unisex category, with a distinct warm, classy profile that feels like a throwback to the rich, rounded fragrances of the 1990s. Straight away, it strikes me as the kind of scent you’d smell in a high‑end salon or luxury hotel lobby. Bright, polished, and never rough around the edges. I liked it so much I went back for a full bottle; when it was out of stock, I took the display unit, almost full, for 30% off and even then, it still felt like money well spent. The scent opens with a vibrant burst of mandarin orange, bergamot, ginger, and saffron, it's bright and zesty, but with a smooth, spicy warmth that stops it from feeling sharp or thin. That citrus‑spice mix settles quickly into a heart of orange blossom and lavender, adding a soft, clean floral sweetness that balances the energy of the opening without turning powdery or soapy. The dry‑down is where it really shines: vanilla, honey, tonka bean, and vetiver come through, giving it depth, creaminess, and just enough earthiness to keep it grounded. Every note blends seamlessly, no single ingredient sticks out awkwardly, and there are no cheap synthetic off‑notes at any stage. Performance is nothing short of beastly, exactly what you want from an Extrait. Just 2–3 sprays are more than enough; it projects strongly for the first 4–5 hours, then settles into a rich, noticeable skin scent that lasts 10–12+ hours easily. It works year‑round — great for cooler days, but still balanced enough for milder weather, and fits every occasion from casual daytime to evenings out. It’s not a cheap‑smelling copycat; it has its own character, and like everything else I’ve tried from Auraa Desire, it feels properly made. If you want something versatile, long‑lasting, and luxurious‑feeling without paying designer prices, Ce La Vi is a total winner.

New adqusitions
Godo day gents, several new adquisitions just came in! Still have a pair of other fragrances on their way. Guess I did get carried away with all the sales 😅 Considerably over my intended bottle limit. Decisions will need to be made. Sadly, they all came in just as I got a cold, so my nose is pretty much off, and just barely picking up anything. 1. RL Ralph's Club Elixir. This is the one that showed up at $47 that I linked and shared a few weeks ago. Lowest I have ever seen it, most of the time being at around $60. Have bought from Perfume-Empire before with no issues, and they yet are to fail me. As little as my nose is working right now, scent feels perfectly fine and how I know it. Impressive price! 2. RL Polo Deep Blue: Another awesome freshie, with the differentiation of a very nice, not sweet green mangoe note and marine notes. Extremely refreshing, $27 for the 40ml bottle. (dislike RL and their 40ml instead of 50ml at least, but ah well). Win! 3. Rasasi Hawas Kobra. Quickly turned into my favorite Imagination twist. Comes up for me a tad more citrusy, a tad less soapy and a tad less green than others. So far, it's pretty much how I have liked it best. And you guys were not kidding. 3-4 sprays is enough. Strong! 4. Rayhaan Azul. New release, reportedly Dior Homme Cologne dupe. I have not had much experience with the OG, since it sparked little interest because of the atrocious reported performance, so can't compare very well. Additionaly, with my nose being off, I'd rather not take my first impressions as valid yet. But what I did feel, was a very nice, zesty, sharpish but still smooth enough citrus. Some do say it comes up as lemon cleaner... which I guess makes sense, since both have well... lemon. So far, it's feeling very nice though. Real first impressions will have to wait!
