Smokey incense and citrus. This frag is growing on me more and more. Perfect for a rainy fall ish 50 deg day. Has all the performance I could want today.

Just got a sample of it, and was so hyped to try it, I opened it and tested it, jumping the queue (which is filled with warm fragrances, trying to get them out before it gets warm). Found to be excellent, exactly my cup of tea. Performance felt excellent as well, especially considering the freshie profile of it. Thanks for the reminder on this one, will probablly be the first fresh fragrance decant I'll go through.
I got 3 Lattafa’s for Christmas and they’re absolutely phenomenal
I had heard about Lattafa through YouTube and had really been mentally hyping them up, but once I finally got my hands on them, they blew me away. Asad has a beautiful pepper and mildly woody scent that’s masculine but not overpowering. Perfect for winter. Asad Zanzibar has an incredible iris note that makes you feel like you’re standing off the coast of Africa, feeling the wind rush off your skin into the ocean beyond. It’s going to be insane in the summer. And finally, Khamrah Dukhan. Fresh oranges. Amber. Rich spices. An absolutely gorgeous fragrance. I cannot recommend these enough, and all the hype you hear about Lattafa is 100% deserved.

Great picks for sure! Zanzibar did get quite some flak from plenty of people, but also found it was much better than what was being said.

Update Collection Pic
I always enjoy seeing everyone’s collection photos. I Took this pic today and compared it to one I took a little over a year ago (third pic). It has been quite the year on my fragrance journey. What do you think??

SOTD - Club de Nuit Sillage
Salutations Brotherhood of Scent! After taking a not-so-short break I'm finally back with another review, this time, of one of my latest acquisitions, Club de Nuit - Sillage by Armaf. Sillage is a fresh citrusy expensive smelling unisex fragrance. While based off of Creed's 1995 release, Silver Mountain Water (which I haven't tried yet) I'd differ from the idea of it being a 1:1 clone based off of the note breakdown of each and because of one key ingredient; iris (which at least on my bottle, batch 440592, is pretty noticeable throughout the life cycle of the fragrance). My nose tells me the breakdown as the following: Bergamot, Lime and Ginger for the top notes; Iris and Rose in the middle; and a dose of clean Musk, Cedar, Sandalwood and a hint of Ambroxan for the base notes. Even though I'm not the hugest fan of modern fragrances, I definitely knew I had to give sillage a shot as soon as I found out it was based off of a 90s fragrance, and man oh man was I surprised, and not only by its scent; for it being a fresh citrusy fragrance, the performance is amazing, 6 to 8 hour skin longevity with good projection and sillage during the first hour, overall one of the entries of the house of Armaf I could definitely recommend trying... Blind buy worth it? Maybe! But keep in mind it may come with some iris on it's composition (although maybe not as strong as in my bottle)

Liked it as well! It's rather close enough to SIlver Mountain Water for sure, but found it to be on the synthetic side. Still a great scent, probablly one of the best SMW inspiration.

40, and digging RMRS content so much. Once you thought you got your things together, you find out that you really knew little. Much to learn.
