Review: Boss Bottled Pacific
Good day gents! I know, I know.... this is like the 10th time I pretend to suggest I'll catch up with reviewing tested fragrances... šŸ˜… It's been a very difficult last couple of months for me. But I'm thinking that's exactly why I should come back to these write-ups. Take my mind off everything, for at least a few minutes. I'll give it a try. Even though discontinued and very difficult to find, I decided to order a decant of this one, as I'm a huge fan of the Bottled line. Was to try it, knowing that if I'd like it, I'd never find or pay the asking prices for a bottle of this. This is an extremely coconut-forward fragrance, more than I expected. However, it's a very welcoming coconut note. Many coconut fragrances come up way to sunscreeny for me, which I don't appreciate. That was my main issue with French Riviera OG. This one however, is a smooth, creamy and fresh coconut, that does smell like the real thing, not that suncreen vibe. It opens directly with that coconut accord, by far the most prominent note. The citrus on it acts as a support actor really, not very prominent. I wish it was stronger to better accompany the coconut, but alas. To my nose, it's a rather linear fragrance, the coconut welcoming the rest of the notes throughout the dry down as supporting notes only. Eventually it does feel greener and saltier, but never in a way that suggests an evolution of the scent throughout dry-down. The sole exception is the woody notes (sandalwood in this case) after about an hour. The fragrance does feel considerably woodier, but the creaminess of the sandalwood seems to just merge with the creaminess of the coconut Performance of the fragrance is average. I do get some decent longevity for a 1. summer freshie and 2. Bottled. About 5 hours is fair, with it projecting and having an average sillage for about 1-1.5 hours, before it starts getting closer to the skin. Funnily enough, I ended up getting a bottle out of sheer destiny. Browsing at my local retailer, they had just received a random, forgotten bottle on their last shipment, and they had it stacked shyily along with the Bottled Infinites. Have bought something so quick out of sheer impulse very few times!

Added few more things into my collection.
I’ve expanded my fragrance collection with several new scents. Starting with Jo Malone Silver Birch & Lavender, I also have Jpg Le Male in blue and Le Beau Narcisse, which I particularly like for its bottle design. I also have a few Dua fragrances, an original creation called Fresh AF, and a Quadbrid called Poseidon’s Absolut With Eagle Gone Swimming D Parfum. This fragrance draws inspiration from Absolut by Creed, Althair by Parfums de Marly, Afternoon Swim by Louis Vuitton, and Y EDP by YSL. Additionally, I have Bianco Oro, inspired by white gold, and Phantom, inspired by red. Finally, I have Bounty Hunter & Force Flow by Bath and Body Works.

SOTD: LV city of stars
City of stars is my favorite floral scent as I hate florals in general but this is more of a white floral then a general yellow floral which I hate Louis Vuitton did a great job with this, it’s a fresh sweet powdery scent that’s really soft and relaxing. Does give a sandy sunscreen sandy vibe. I don’t know why this gets so much hype from YouTubers and then so much hate from the viewers šŸ˜‰ Some of this has to do with the discontinuation Rumor.
