Wow! just WOW!
I cannot begin to say thank you for the final reveal that was/is my final report. I cried through the whole thing, it has shown me half remembered feelings that have crippled me for 5 decades. I started a bit apprehensively, but filled everything honestly, that first report made me cry, but the final is like my best self, a reflection that I have not been able to look at for decades, and certainly never believed in. All of my stumbling blocks have been shown to be put there as forms of self protection, or to protect other people from me finding out about their problems/ expectations/limitations. For years I have believed I didnt have the skills to amount to much, lack of concentration, lack of intellect, just general 'lack' and I have allowed that to happen because I trusted those people. I started trying to break the mold a few years ago and now I'm going for the full monty. Its MY time, MY life and I claim it and Im going to run with it! Thank you to Jim and team!

🚨 5 Day Challenge: Everything you need to know

If You Are New Here…
I have been in the program since March; I did the five day workshop and then the 6 week program. If you are patient, watch the classes, do the worksheets, and don’t let the technical issues get you down, you WILL find help through this program. You will get insights into who you are and how your brain works that will blow your mind. I’ve spent decades (I’m 66) looking for the answers Jim’s program has helped me discover. I’ve worked with life coaches, counselors, therapists, neurologists, brain injury specialist, etc. NONE of them were able to help me in the ways this program has. I am different in several positive ways because I’m making the necessary changes and following these protocols.
I finally did it.
I planned to attend all 5 webinars — I even arranged my work schedule around them. In reality, I only made it to the first one live. The insights I got there, and the summary created afterward, hit me so hard that I was “switched off” for the rest of the week. Even though I was home, I simply couldn’t join the other sessions. (English isn’t my first language either, so that added another layer.) I’m grateful for @Tracey Weiss’s posts and @Jim Ebbelaar 's emails — they kept me going. This weekend I watched everything and completed the whole process. And now I finally understand: – why I freeze when I need to act – why I only function in crisis – why I’ve never truly fit into any community – what it costs me to ignore my own needs – which belief system I need to shift into to be effective – and what core feeling has been missing from my sense of peace These realizations were both liberating and frightening. I know I have a lot of work ahead if I want to build a life I actually want to live. But I also received something to hold onto: maybe my story can help others facing similar challenges. When I first read the summary, I lay there for hours, unable to move. Later that evening, I read it again. And now I’m smiling — because I know I can create the life I want. Thank you for letting me be here.

I am not alone
I was not surprised by my report. I loved it, yes. There were sentences formulated in a way I couldn't, which makes a good start for further self-inquiry. What I loved most was taking my questions to the chat-AI afterwards. I got concrete, doable steps to work on my "stop blocks". I am excited about what could come from implementing them. What means the most is the recognition of how my brain works. I never knew that there were others operating in the same way. This- this makes me cry. 🧡🧡
