You don’t have to do everything. You just have to start. ⚡️
To everyone in this community: please remember that having ADHD doesn’t mean you’re lazy, incapable, or destined to leave things unfinished. Sometimes your brain simply needs a different approach. ❤️ If you’ve started something and struggled to finish it, don’t beat yourself up. Every restart is still progress. Every small step counts. And finishing one thing no matter how small is a win. That’s what makes this 5-day challenge so powerful. We’re not here to become perfect overnight. We’re here to learn, experiment, support each other, and prove to ourselves that we are capable of finishing what we start. So wherever you are today: ⚡️ Start small. ⚡️ Give yourself grace. ⚡️ Celebrate progress, not perfection. ⚡️ Keep going, even when motivation disappears. ⚡️ And remember: you’re not doing this alone. Let’s make these 5 days count. 🙌 What’s one thing you want to finish this week? Share it below, let’s encourage each other! ❤️
Just started
Just did the first part of my Operating Manual and realised the problem was never my discipline - it was the mismatch. Every app and planner I ever tried started at the action level while the belief underneath stayed untouched, which is exactly why none of them lasted more than a couple of weeks. Even my snack drawer has been making my choices for me.

@Keri Mossop This is such a powerful realization! 🙌 It’s amazing how often we think we need more discipline when the real issue is that the system doesn’t actually match who we are and what drives our choices. And the snack drawer comment made me laugh 😂 What was the biggest “aha” moment for you while going through the first part of the Operating Manual? And now that you’ve identified the mismatch, what’s the first change you feel like making?

@Keri Mossop Hello Keri, How are you doing today?
Just got my ADHD Snapshot....
...the worthlessness that hides inside competence. For decades, people kept telling me I thought differently, and I kept absorbing the evidence without a framework. Diagnosed in my late 40s after being everyone's "glue," I'm finally seeing that the start-progress-interrupt-collapse cycle isn't a character flaw. It's a scar/ wound. New season. New tools. God's timing.

@Ella Call That’s a really powerful reflection, especially the way you’ve connected your past experience to a clearer understanding of yourself now. It sounds like things are starting to make a lot more sense in a way that’s both confronting and relieving at the same time. What part of the “start–progress–interrupt–collapse” cycle do you notice most in your day-to-day life right now?

@Ella Call That sounds like such a big moment for you. I can really feel how much this has shifted your perspective, especially after the assessment. That line you mentioned hits hard it’s amazing how something can put words to something you’ve felt for so long. It makes total sense that it feels both incredible and a bit overwhelming at the same time. When you start seeing things through a new lens like that, it can open up a lot all at once. And yeah, it really does sound like you’re just at the beginning of understanding it all.
Reinvent Blueprint ??? Where ? How ??
I think I have done everything - was here 3 hours yesterday. Also paid for C-3 where is the blueprint thingy ???

@Jeff Jamison I hear your frustration sounds like you’ve really put the time in and you’re trying to make sense of where everything fits together. When you say “Reinvent Blueprint,” what were you expecting to see specifically was it a separate document, a module inside C-3, or something mentioned in the 5-day content?
