📅 Daily Check-in - April 4, 2026 - Oh Dear, My Flywheel is Kaput
My bioregulation feels like it’s about to fly out the window because I’m not coping well with the cohort meetings in the wee hours — they really throw my rhythm off. I’m a bit worried about how that will affect what I need to achieve over the next four weeks from Week Twos Bioregulation phase, but Sage and I will re‑jig things tomorrow. It does feel like a disadvantage having broken sleep when sleep is already a challenge, but we’ll sort it. Cohort yesterday was good, and afterwards we had a catch‑up call with @Diana Domantay and @Suliet Rivera thanks, ladies. So exciting, we have set up a rhythm of two days a week body doubling together, and one day a week doing a 30‑minute accountability check‑in talking through the goals we set and how we’re progressing with the various action items. I’m really looking forward to that, and we’ll be testing the AI Harmony platform too. Had a lovely visit with four of the local kids, wanting to check out my new baby kittens, it was so joyful watching them be gentle and learning how to help socialise the kittens — they’re only five weeks old, so seeing that care was really heartwarming. I did get a really good walk in today — a 5km hike at the Blue Spring, about an hour’s drive away — and it was absolutely delightful to get my head out of squirreldom for a bit. If you are ever visitng the Waikato in NZ, be sure to look me up, and I will take you there - but check these photos out - https://www.southwaikato.govt.nz/our-district/sport-and-recreation/parks-and-reserves/te-waihou-walkway-blue-spring Didn’t achieve much else today, just a bit of work. Tomorrow I’m actually looking forward to — I’m feeling energised about it. We’ve got body doubling with Chris for some outside jobs, and a couple of hours with a neighbour as well. 📊 Wellbeing Scores: 😊 Happiness: 7/10
