Sage just helped me discover that for me, rest is in the flow state. I've been struggling with figuring out how to actually rest because everyone says just stop doing things, just lay down, just relax. None of those actually helps me or works to let me feel rested. Today, I brought up to sage that my watch said I was asleep when in fact I was in flow and sage said that could be my body being in the rest/repair cycle during flow and as we discussed further, we concluded that flow IS rest for me.
