Curious, what has been most valuable to you?
I’m improving the onboarding for ADHD Harmony and I’d love your input. What has been the most valuable thing you’ve gotten from this community/our programs so far? Closing loops
I closed some loops today that I had been putting off. I finished my forms, photocopied them and went to the post office and sent them off. I cant believe I have done it now. Then I phoned a company to chase something for my dad that he has been worried about. Dropped a bp machine back at the pharmacy, got a print out for the bp. Paid the roofer, Did some food shopping. Filled my dad’s freezer with meals. Got home and listened to Jim’s class, fell asleep afterwards, did supper, walked dogs, altered some trousers. Wow busy day, but feeling good. Tomorrow scaffolding is going from my house and roof is finally completed after procrastinating for several years! I am doing stuff. Woo woo woo
I completed day 3 of the ADHD Focus Reset
My mood today: 8 My focus score today: 7 Reflection on body doubling: Great to set aside thr time and focus on ONE thing, instead if remembering something and jumping to check on it. Remembering, jumping. Rinse and repeat and never finishing that one thing. Optional reflection/win: Got a LOT of the stack of loose paper put into labeled file folders today. Still more paper to put in the files, but tackling another stack before class today. May not sound like it, tbough it is BIG #wins! You can make a post in #wins 16
