Not another year
I said not another year without addressing this mental pest

Doing the things but feeling discouraged…
Even though I’m doing the things: sleeping great, taking my supplements, meditating, exercising, etc. etc. etc., I feel wrung out due to receiving really bad news about a major project I’ve been in charge of on our property. Due to poor quality workmanship in the manufacturing process, the project is structurally unsound which means it has to be dismantled and I have to start all over again back at square one after 8 months of work on it…months of phone calls, doing research, finding suppliers, workers, checking on permits, dealing with delay after delay after delay, waiting for supplies, problem solving when things were going quite right, holding strong boundaries with the supplier/manufacturer when they wouldn’t take reasonability for the problems they created…and now it starts again. My brain feels EXHAUSTED! To go from seeing a huge project just about to cross the finish line…it feels like too much at the moment but safety issues are involved so I have to get right back on it and begin again today. Onward…
