📅 Daily Check-in - April 1, 2026 - It's been a long day
💭 Reflection: "Right now I feel a little bit tired because it was a very late night to bed last night and a very early morning rise. My little head kept spinning going, don't sleep past the alarm, don't sleep past the alarm because I had cohort on this morning. So I am a little bit low on energy. What's bothering me at the moment and something I keep avoiding is doing some administration stuff on my big rocks. I really need to tackle some of those tomorrow and put that first and foremost not later in the day. My Engagement Score today 4: Going through motions. Doing things but not really in them. Engagement Score is reflective of the juimnping around in different streams of work today, and not feeling like I have concluded anything. I had a lovely time with Pam Rainey today and we did some body doubling on the computer to learn about AI and Prompting adn setting up folders for projects or themes that we might be working on. It was good to share what little knoweldge I have with someone else. It gave me some joy being able to help someone with a little bit of what I know, and feeling useful. Tomorrow's a new day, I'm off to singing tonight with some people for the barbershop singing that I do with about 30 others so I don't have to be a good singer because I can hide in amongst the other singers and it's always a bit of fun and a bit of laughter.
