From Overwhelm to Relieved
When I came into this program, I was at wits ends. I have worked with other ADHD coaches and brain experts due to my brain injuries which multiplied the ADHD symptoms. I learned some useful things from them but the overwhelm,, procrastination, and self-loathing remained. Since stating Jim’s 5 day workshop, I cannot believe the mental shifts that have happened. I am no longer feeling overwhelmed. I am getting things done every day that matter to me. I am now focused on what I do well rather than what isn’t perfect. I feel like a new person. I am calmer, happier, and more productive. So grateful for this program and for @Jim Ebbelaar sharing the depth and breadth of his knowledge with us.
A significant step forward & celebrating my win
Today was the day that I was scheduled to join and student/graduate meet and greet. They meet every 6 weeks in Northland, NZ. Today took me out of my safe comfort zone to meet a group of people that I may or may not get along with. It was challenging as I was the only newbie there and I felt as though I was out of my depth completely. But I did it and I will persevere in order to help me achieve some mid term goals (in the next 6 months) 🤩

I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony: - Dynamic engagement including content that pulls me in and activates me - Fantastic community experience and beautiful new connections - Tools that help my productivity so I can finish tasks For fun, I like to: - Read stories - especially those with complex human relationships (yum yum) - Write love related stories - mostly real ones which I share through my fb profile - Sit in the sun on my patio in the mornings and feel the warmth of the sun on my face. I love receiving the sun and warmth of the sun in my body feeling the melting feeling of relaxation and simply feeling PAMPERED ..by Life! Looking forward to getting to know you all more!
