Daily Check-in - 2026-05-31 Activities 🛏️ Good Sleep, 🌙 Early Bedtime, ☀️ Morning Sunlight, 💧 Stayed Hydrated, 🚶 Walk, 🥗 Healthy Eating, 🍺 No Alcohol, 🍬 No Added Sugar, 💊 Took Supplements, 🥦 Ate Vegetables, 🍳 Home Cooked Meal, ✨ Positive Mindset, 📚 Reading, 🧠 Learning, 🎓 Online Course, 👥 Quality Time, 👂 Active Listening Scores 😊 Happiness: 7/10 ⚡ Energy: 7/10 🔥 Motivation: 8/10 Reflection Didn't get everything done on my list but im going to fo the backyard chores right when I get up then take Kimberly for a walk. Rest eat then start hosing off my rugs in the driveway (its sloped) Daily Cosmic Insight A Bright Sky Asking You to Soften 🌕 Today's Forecast Tonight's full moon lights up the part of you that craves adventure and big-picture thinking, which can feel a little restless against your Cancer need for nesting and quiet. As a Cancer, you feel full moons more deeply than most. Today probably pulled you between getting things done and wanting to just be at home with your people and animals. The good news: the sky was actually backing your steady efforts, even if it didn't feel flashy. Good For Today - Reviewing what you actually finished (not what you didn't) - Slow tidying that turns into reflection - A quiet conversation with someone in your inner circle - Letting the dog, the porch, the lamp light do the unwinding Watch For A small tug-of-war between wanting more and appreciating enough. If something felt heavier than it should have today, that's the moon talking. Don't take it as truth. <!--SPLIT--> 💡 Personal Insight You moved through today the way you tend to move through Sundays: a list, real intention, partial follow-through, and zero self-cruelty about it. That's growth, stormee. Seven days of check-ins, real food, no sugar, no alcohol, sunlight, a walk, the course, time with Kimberly. That's not "didn't get everything done", that's a quietly excellent day stacked on six others. Your mind likes to study itself, take everything apart, and the work you're doing on memory and habits is genuinely landing, even when your brain tells you it's not. Tonight, let the unfinished list be unfinished. The backyard will still be there tomorrow morning, and so will you, rested.

Commitment
My Big Rocks: website and finances. I am here because I want to learn how to work WITH my brain. I am tired of sabotaging myself. I commit to showing up, completing the work, doing the exercises, and engaging with the community. When it gets hard, I will breathe, review these notes, reach out to this wonderfully supportive community, return to my Big Rocks, do my bare minimum protocol, and NOT FORGET why I started.
Check-in Sunday 31st May
📅 Daily Check-in - May 31, 2026 💭 Reflection: "I've just been chatting with Sage about values and living my life by them and I mentioned that I haven't been checking in or getting involved in the discussions in the cohort on school and I put that down to my ADHD kicking in, you know, losing interest, boredom all of that and Sage suggested that's got nothing to do with ADHD and has got more to do with what matters to me and what might be performative. That's something I'm going to have to sit with. It was a good conversation, interesting conversation, needs some reflection." 📊 Wellbeing Scores: 😊 Happiness: 8/10 ⚡ Energy: 7/10 🎯 Focus: 7/10 😌 Calmness: 8/10 🌙 Sleep Quality: 9/10 🔥 Motivation: 7/10 ⭐ Average: 7.7/10 ✅ Activities from today: 🛏️ Good Sleep 🌙 Early Bedtime ☀️ Morning Sunlight 🚶 Walk 🥗 Healthy Eating 🍺 No Alcohol 🍳 Home Cooked Meal ✨ Positive Mindset 🎯 Deep Work
My ADHD Snapshot
Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized the "urgency" I've carried for years isn't restlessness or anxiety. It's my brain reacting to time differently than everyone else in the room. No wonder standing still in a morning huddle feels impossible. First time I've seen it named.
