Welcome & Introduction Hi, my name is Suzanne, I’m from Swindon, uk. I retired january 2025 after working in mental health over 20 years, The final years as an international facilitator running workshops and courses. I have experience in mental health and wellbeing and creating and running workshops. You can ask me questions about: Mental health. Wellbeing. Camping. Bushcrafting. Druidry. Handicrafts, Cooking. I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony: Skills to clear clutter, and be able to keep my home more minimal. Find a purpose in retirement, and be able to have a streamlined focus, rather than wanting to know everything in the universe about it. Become more accepting and loving of myself. For fun, I like to: Have a good boogie!! I love dancing, 80s and 90s especially. Grow my own fruit and Veg Cook for my kids and grandkids Explore - Days out and camping adventures around the British Isles and beyond. Go to a local Bushcrafting group and stay over night in the woods - with my 11 year old grandson, cos he loves it too
