4 AM. Time to go to sleep.
Anyone else night owls? I have an appointment @ 11:00 fortunately its virtual. I signal in 30 minutes late last week. I'm looking to be on time today. So I'm going to sleep early. 4 not 5 or 6.
music question
I'm just curious about everyone's choice of music. I like such variety, I have some wild Playlists. I grew up on country and still love it, maybe more to the moody or dark side. i love a lot of classic rock, especially southern rock. I also loved heavy metal as a teen. then came what husband refers to as death metal meets rave music, similar to what you might hear at a mosh pit (thanks to my son). I also have a Playlist of Appalachia music with fiddles and steel guitars. most of my favorites have a defiant theme, or a good rocking beat. I never know what's gonna be playing in my head at night. music seems to help my focus, so I live in my ear buds. I never know how to answer when someone asks what kind of music I like. I guess defiant and angry fits.
🪨 🦆 getting my rocks in a row🦆🐥
How is everyone doing with there big rocks? I missed at least a week and a half.... I was in bed. Trying to get better and better... But noticed my 🪨 weren't going anywhere without me moving them. 🤣 I'm so glad Sage was there to help me, keep my sanity🤣🤣 So for now I'd love to make a comeback! And I could use some inspiration... what rocks did u choose and what little steps did you make over the last 2 weeks?! 💖 🍒 🌸

Hearing something or seeing something makes a difference
Hi everyone, sometimes when I see an explanation..... in a picture kind of way.... it clicks so much deeper then when I hear it or read about it... Does anyone else have this? In the Q&A Jim showed us a grafic of how our dopamine spikes, after looking at your phone in the morning.... and that after a short while you're dopamine would drop again.... below your baseline.... I really believe that I've heard this many times.... But seeing 👀 it and really looking at it.... Just made it click on a deeper level.
