Nutrition advice
Hey so lately I found out that the reason I haven't really seen much progress as I did when I started was because I'm not eating enough nutrition apparently for my muscles to grow and to loose fat I am eating in a calorie deficit I'm 5ft and weight between 115 and 116 and I been eating about 1800 and sometimes I'm way below that and I'm trying to eat better so I can see progress but it kinda hard when your bloated or just not even hungry and get full pretty quickly is there anything I can do to be better at this

@Jenni Atkinson I have been tracking my calories and macros sometimes its kinda hard and probably because I have been eating in maintenance but I'll try thus and see if it helps
Summer isn’t a setback! Here’s how to stay on track 💪🏻
Summer can feel like the hardest time to stay consistent… BBQs, weekends away, cocktails, late nights. But this season doesn’t have to be your downfall. Here’s what I always remind my clients: You don’t need to "pause progress" over summer. You just need to shift how you define it. Progress right now might look like… ✅ Saying yes to more walks ✅ Drinking water before alcohol ✅ Keeping up with 2 workouts per week instead of 4 ✅ Not feeling guilty for enjoying yourself That’s the type of balance we focus on inside FPM. 👉🏻 Tell me, what’s one thing you’re doing this summer to prioritise yourself while still enjoying the season? Love Em x

Some weeks aren’t perfect… and that’s ok 💗
Okay, real talk…😅 The past two weeks have been a lot The old me would’ve been stressing about missing workouts or not being “on it.” Would’ve tried to make up for it with back-to-back sessions and extra cardio. Now, I’m walking, resting, letting my body adjust, and actually enjoying some proper time with Ross after a crazy few weeks. Because weeks like this are part of life. And just because they’re not perfect, doesn’t mean they’re a write-off. Because not every week needs to be perfect to move you forward. And your routine doesn’t have to be rigid to get results. Progress doesn’t come from chasing perfect. It comes from having a plan that moves with you. That’s exactly what we focus on inside the FPM method training and nutrition that bends with your life, not breaks it. Tell me this…what’s something you used to beat yourself up about that you’re learning to let go of now? 💗 Let’s celebrate those shifts 👇🏻

Being lazy and eating foods that aren't quite healthy
Only made it to the gym twice last week… 🫣
Writing this from the airport en route to Thailand and I’ll be honest, the last couple of weeks have been a lot 😅 I’ve packed up my apartment, flown back to the UK, ran our SAF event, caught up with friends and family, and now I’m hopping on a 13-hour flight. Last week… 👉🏼 Only made it to the gym twice 👉🏼 One too many cocktails over the weekend 👉🏼 Barely slept from all the late nights and socialising 👉🏼 And let’s just say, my nutrition wasn’t exactly dialled in But here’s the truth: You don’t have to be perfect to make progress. And you definitely don’t have to start over just because life’s been chaotic. This week, my goal is simple: ✨ Be kind to myself ✨ Get some movement in as soon as I land ✨ Drink loads of water ✨ And actually relax because sometimes, that’s exactly what your body needs most What about you? Drop your small reset goal in the comments, let’s kick off the week with compassion and momentum 💛 You don’t need a “perfect week”… you just need one that moves you forward x
