Empty calories
I was wondering if anyone had any coffee alternatives that aren't crazy expensive that they love. I usually have 3 cups of coffee per day - 2 in am and 1 in pm. The coffee itself isnt necessarily the issue, its the creamer. I don't like my coffee without it.
Middle of the night snacking
I always wake in the middle of the night. Most nights its just to go to the bathroom, but some nights I feel so so hungry. This happened last night and I had a piece of bread with a little peanut butter and jam. During the day I can totally get through these cravings, at night its a different story. Any strategies on how to get through these cravings?
Nutrition advice
Hey so lately I found out that the reason I haven't really seen much progress as I did when I started was because I'm not eating enough nutrition apparently for my muscles to grow and to loose fat I am eating in a calorie deficit I'm 5ft and weight between 115 and 116 and I been eating about 1800 and sometimes I'm way below that and I'm trying to eat better so I can see progress but it kinda hard when your bloated or just not even hungry and get full pretty quickly is there anything I can do to be better at this
Thoughts on the Carnivore Diet 🥩
Hey everyone! Hope you’re all having a fantastic week so far!! I’m curious, I’ve been seeing some great success stories with the Carnivore diet, but I’m a bit hesitant to try it. My concern is that while I might see progress on the diet, I’m worried about losing that progress once I stop So Emily what is your take on the Carnivore diet? Is it a good idea or should I try a different approach?
