Okay, real talk…😅
The past two weeks have been a lot
The old me would’ve been stressing about missing workouts or not being “on it.”
Would’ve tried to make up for it with back-to-back sessions and extra cardio.
Now, I’m walking, resting, letting my body adjust, and actually enjoying some proper time with Ross after a crazy few weeks.
Because weeks like this are part of life.
And just because they’re not perfect, doesn’t mean they’re a write-off.
Because not every week needs to be perfect to move you forward.
And your routine doesn’t have to be rigid to get results.
Progress doesn’t come from chasing perfect.
It comes from having a plan that moves with you.
That’s exactly what we focus on inside the FPM method training and nutrition that bends with your life, not breaks it.
Tell me this…what’s something you used to beat yourself up about that you’re learning to let go of now? 💗
Let’s celebrate those shifts 👇🏻
