Adding new movement
I've read that you should stick to the same movements for a certain period of time. It's been 1 month and I've been doing the same exercises and gradually increasing weight. My question is when is it a good time to add a new movement? For example, I started with weighted bridge lifts and I would like to switch to hip thrusts. How do I know when its a good time to do this?

Empty calories
I was wondering if anyone had any coffee alternatives that aren't crazy expensive that they love. I usually have 3 cups of coffee per day - 2 in am and 1 in pm. The coffee itself isnt necessarily the issue, its the creamer. I don't like my coffee without it.
