Empty calories
I was wondering if anyone had any coffee alternatives that aren't crazy expensive that they love. I usually have 3 cups of coffee per day - 2 in am and 1 in pm. The coffee itself isnt necessarily the issue, its the creamer. I don't like my coffee without it.

Great question lovely! šŸ’• The coffee itself is fine, it’s usually the creamers that add sneaky calories. A few swaps you could try: unsweetened almond, cashew or oat milk, or even a splash of protein shake for creaminess. Sugar-free creamers or frothing unsweetened milk also work well. For afternoons, herbal teas (peppermint, chamomile, fruity blends) or green tea are a nice lower-calorie alternative too ā˜•āœØ
Middle of the night snacking
I always wake in the middle of the night. Most nights its just to go to the bathroom, but some nights I feel so so hungry. This happened last night and I had a piece of bread with a little peanut butter and jam. During the day I can totally get through these cravings, at night its a different story. Any strategies on how to get through these cravings?

Night cravings are super common lovely! šŸ’• Often it’s a sign you’re not eating enough protein or calories during the day, so your body wakes up hungry. Make sure your last meal has protein + fiber (like Greek yogurt, oats, eggs etc). And if you do wake up hungry, a small snack like you had is totally fine, better than lying there starving!

I am Rylee, I am 18 years old from UT, and am looking to get a healty happy body to maintain for the rest of my life for myself and my future family. I've lost 27 lbs since starting my journey in January. First, the most weight came off when I changed my eating habits, and some from working out, and I am looking to do even more to accomplish my goals. I am open to any and all feedback😁

I thought I’d share this photo of me in Ibiza celebrating my 40th birthday with the most amazing group of friends. I would usually never EVER show so much skin (especially my stomach) but I forced myself to be super brave and thought F it! What’s the worst that can happen, right?? I surprised myself that didn’t want to crawl into a hole and hide! I felt confident and had a fantastic night and am determined to always remember that feeling. Sometimes we just have to be brave and put ourselves out of our comfort zone. I am nowhere near where I want to be (physically) but I will keep chipping away and working hard on my goals. So ladies… be brave. You might just surprise yourself 🄰

Queen, this is SO inspiring to read! šŸ’• Confidence doesn’t come from waiting until we’re ā€˜perfect’ it comes from showing up for ourselves exactly as we are right now. You’ve proved to yourself that you can step out of your comfort zone and still feel amazing, and that’s such a powerful reminder for all of us. Keep holding onto that feeling, you’re smashing it ✨
