💥Client Spotlight - 9lbs down in just 8 weeks as a busy shift-worker?!🔥
This woman is UNSTOPPABLE. When she joined Coeliac Wellness Club, she was feeling drained physically and mentally, and was struggling with her confidence. Working long shifts as a paramedic, managing fatigue, and figuring out gluten-free & fat loss nutrition is no joke. But, she didn’t let ANY of that stop her! In 8 weeks she: ✅ Lost 9lbs ✅ Improved her digestion + energy ✅ Stayed consistent despite a broken finger (!!), shift work AND a holiday abroad ✅ All while building strength + confidence 💪 We worked closely to keep her nutrition coeliac-safe, flexible, and realistic for shift work. No over-restriction and no burnout. Just smart adjustments, and a support network to push her along. This incredible lady proves that being coeliac or having a busy lifestyle doesn’t mean giving up on your goals! It just means focusing on the right actions. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or years into your gluten-free journey, it’s never too late to take back control of your health and confidence 🧡 If you want to build a nutrition plan that's sustainable with real life, make sure to go through the nutrition videos in the course section!

Amazing 🤩
💥 Client Spotlight: 24kg down in 8 months! (That’s over 53lbs!) 💥
When this lovely lady joined us, she felt unhappy in her body, uncomfortable in her clothes, and frustrated with her fitness journey. Despite being diagnosed with coeliac disease 8 years ago, she was still experiencing fatigue, bloating, and symptoms that made staying motivated really hard. She knew how to avoid gluten, but she didn’t know how to eat in a way that actually supported her health, energy, and fat loss goals. At the start, she was struggling to hold herself accountable to reach her goals: 1️⃣ Feeling confident in her clothes 2️⃣ Building strength 3️⃣ And actually enjoying fitness as part of her lifestyle But in just 8 months, she lost 24kg (over 53lbs) and come SO far, not just physically, but mentally too. And it hasn’t been easy - a holiday, getting glutened, and unexpected health issues all popped up along the way. But through all of it, she stayed consistent and built long-term habits that actually last. Together we worked on: ✅ A nutrition plan tailored to her needs as a coeliac ✅ Smart strength training around her busy, physically demanding job ✅ 24/7 support from her coach, with weekly calls to track progress ✅ And most importantly - building confidence and momentum, one week at a time Her clothes are getting looser, her strength has skyrocketed, and the compliments from friends and family have been endless 💪 The best part? It’s not a quick fix, it’s a total lifestyle shift that she’s now in control of. And has continued since she left the program 🤩 Her journey is proof that any goal is achievable with the right approach. Just keep your mindset focused on progress - not perfection 🧡

🍝 Tasty Tuesday: One Pot Chicken BBQ Pasta
If you hate cooking and washing up but still want something high protein and satisfying... this one’s for you! This One Pot BBQ Chicken Pasta is rich, filling, and packs over 50g of protein for 500 calories! 📊 Nutrition: 504 calories | 50g protein | 66g carbs | 4g fat Here's what you'll need 🛒: - 600g diced chicken breast - 80g BBQ sauce (+ extra to drizzle) - 1 tin chopped tomatoes - 1 red onion (diced) - 1 red pepper (diced) - A handful of spinach or any greens - GF pasta - 40g low-fat soft cheese (can use lactose-free too) - 1 chicken stock cube (in a mug of hot water) Season the chicken generously with salt, pepper, chicken seasoning & garlic granules. We use Kallo for the chicken stock! Here's what to do 👩‍🍳: 1. Fry the onion & pepper in a deep pan 2. Add the chicken and season well 3. Stir in spinach and cook until chicken is nearly done 4. Add chopped tomatoes, chicken stock & pasta 5. Cover and simmer until the pasta is cooked 6. Turn off the heat and stir in the soft cheese 7. Drizzle with BBQ sauce if you fancy We used this pasta from The Nuffin Man! It was amazing and super high protein, bumped it to 60g per portion! https://thenuffinman.co.uk/product/red-lentil-and-wholegrain-rice-capricci/ Make sure to track and adjust the calories as needed 💪 Love, Ella 🧡

Home made G F bread
This is the third GF loaf of bread I've made & it's delicious toasted. We have it with Scrambled eggs for breakfast. So easy to make too. I added mixed seeds for the fibre & other health benefits. The recipe is on the back of the Doves gluten free bread flour.
