Been trying to do handstand. Today I finally able to walk closer to wall and I do can more reps with up walking up and down the wall.

@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert so it was actually the fallout that made me stop going closer. There was a box on the other side of me so I didnt feel comfortable or safe to fall to the side. The other side of me had that rack

Flow
I did Leomoves beginner flows and oh my was it a great workout. I had some difficulties with 2 moves but I broke it into 2 segments and once im stronger I will put the 2 together. Gonna keep at it I recommend it in your routine.

@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert I can remember the name or find the video it was bringing legs in for a crunch and then lifting yourself up and leaning back likeban Lsit. Amd the other was bringing forearms down in a kneeling position without touching ground and pulling leg through the side. Hope that helps lol

Today I wanted to share a really cool bodyweight flow that’s a little more advanced than the others we’ve been posting. This is not meant to be something everyone has to do right now. This is meant to show you what these movements can eventually build toward 👇 Better coordination Smoother transitions More body control Freedom of movement And honestly… just looking and feeling awesome moving your body Remember, every advanced flow is just built from simple movements done well and repeated over time. If you’re still working on the basics, you are exactly where you should be. Use this one as inspiration, something to try pieces of, or just to see what is possible.
