Crow
My back is sore today and my arms hurt like rug burned and bruise si this is my best one today. Very happy second was a couple days ago

@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert I can definitely hold it longer than that but im getting used to balances and rounding the back is coming back again. I was off for a week and a half so I felt like muscles were asleep. My back was sore in crow position. I should have warmed up better for my back. I did legs anx glute today only about 45minutes with a 10 or 15 minute leo moves for knees and thighs. Resistant bands and some mobility. I did crow 1st thing in am and that is usually when im still a little sore for not moving

I can feel my abs and my legs working again feeling the muscles engage in leg lifts, my compression is getting better and while I still experience some back pain in hip area its definitely not hindering me too much from working out. When I move it feels better
Back and shoulder mobility and strength.
I was able to balance in forearm headstand. I still find the feel of the arm position really strange. I tried to lift vertically and not have so much weight pushing down on my head. I found my back muscles really having to work bringing my knees back to a tuck position. I have been practicing bridge with the support of the stability ball whilst pushing through my shoulders. I managed to push up into the bridge. Not pretty but I got up and worked on my shoulders without the aid of the stability ball.

I finally balanced in headstand but I kicked up im trying to do it the way you just did. Any tips how to get up
Headstand
I actually balanced in headstand my crow is getting better and longer im figuring out the balancing and keeping hips high knees tucked. I did a one arm hanger for a few seconds the othe hamd is weaker like maybe a second or 2. I dead hunged for o er a minute. And my handstands are getting better I can walk closer to the wall amd learning to bail without fear. Pretty good session today I basically just did some drills and warmed up shoulders.

@Shuk S considering I couldn't workout for a week and a half. Im pretty happy with my wins. I was only working out for 30 to 45mins and I would quit if my back and hip started to aggravate me. But now I am almost pain free. Mornings im a little sore but movement elevates it
Bad news
Hi everyone, I’m going to have to take a long break from calisthenics. A week and a bit ago I suffered a vertebral artery dissection and it will take at least three months to recover from and I have to stop doing calisthenics or any weight lifting while it heals.
