1:08 hang time personal best. Me jumping up onto wall is getting better. Headstand easier to balance didnt get close to wall in handstand walk up and down easy still trying to find balance but I know that im not in a stacked position. I lost some flexibility in back i was able to get into pike position on wall and I cant seem to do it but I'll keep trying. Today was play around at the gym also im pretty much down to the ground in my splits. Also straddle up from the ground so much easier. Getting injured and taking time off made me stronger in areas. My bridge needs work I definitely lost flexibility in my back
