Just curious and doing some research atm on combat skills… are you trained in a certain type and why did you choose that particular style? Personally, I’m focusing on strength and calisthenics skills this year to build a solid foundation before learning combat skills next year. But I’m not sure which style to pursue. Basically I wanna have ninja street skills, so nothing super rigid and performative, but more real life defence/offence should the world go craycray, y’know? Feel free to share your experiences / curiosities and let’s see where this journey takes us…

💬 Is The 1-on-1 Free Call REALLY Free?? (Testiominals)
I want to ask for a little help from those of you who have already done the 1-on-1 free call with me. There’s a lot of distrust on the internet around “free calls,” and honestly… I get it. Most people expect a pitch, pressure, or some kind of catch. That’s not how these calls are meant to be. 🧠 If You’ve Done the Call… Would you be open to sharing your experience? Things that would help others a lot: • Did it feel salesy or pressured? • Did you actually get clarity or direction? • Was it useful even if you didn’t move forward with coaching? • Did it feel genuinely free? Short or long is totally fine. Even one sentence helps. 🙏 Why I’m Asking I want this community to be as transparent as possible. Hearing it from real people in the group means way more than anything I could say myself. I’d love to be able to point others to this post so they know exactly what to expect.

Just a day to play with my new toy and get familiar with it 😁 there were somethings a had been wanting to try to see how it feels. At the end my current bridge. A couple of weeks ago I couldn't even lift 1 cm above the floor, but I've been opening my shoulders with the ball... Any suggestions for routines on the bars are more than welcome. My long term goals here are dragon and human flag , of course 😅
