Language warning. Volume down if cursing offends. @Val Mercier threw out the challenge of this elbow lever, arm-balancey thing. If I needed a reminder to practice my stretching and bow pose type things, my ribs are reminding me now. I don't bend well backwards. I probably shouldn't have done a set of 100kg deadlifts after this either 🏋🏼‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ 😆 Hats off to your attempt Val.

Pistol challenge accepted!
I did @Karyn Ainsworth challenge, well only on one side😅 This is a good time to talk about consistency cause work last night was draining so I came home tired, hungry and not wanting to do anything but i kept my habit of working out after work. I knew a big leg day would be too much so I modified and did fun stuff instead! I still moved, not as much but I got a little workout: the challenge, hip mobility, pancake practice, chest to wall handstand and I'll go for my walk later☀️

Tuesdays is my calisthenics strength day, so I got to finish this pistol flow from my saved reels folder. Pistol down, knee tap, Cossack switch, knee tap and pistol up. Then I figured I had to do it in reverse to be balanced. Give it a go!

8% bodyfat by summer
Hey guys, I've challenged myself to get down to 8/9% bodyfat through intense tracking and management. I currently track with Gemini, as I can upload a pic of what I've eaten and it can give me an estimate of my macros. I am currently 12-13% bf so the goal to get to 8/9 by end of june will be very possible but also challenging. Best of luck to all of your fitness journeys!
