If You Can’t Detox Physically, Read This
Hello beautiful beings 🤍 A member asked a really good question and I wanted to expand on it. I want you to really sit with this… You can follow every single step of a cleanse eat perfectly, take all the right supplements do all the protocols… …and still not heal. Not because the protocol doesn’t work but because you haven’t addressed what created the condition in the first place. This is where most people get it wrong. They think healing is physical only. It’s not. (Most of you are aware of this but I like to send a reminder) The body is the LAST place something shows up. Before anything becomes physical, it exists as: • a pattern • a program • a stored trauma • a subconscious contract • a loop you’ve been running (consciously or unconsciously) So when you go straight into detoxing the body without clearing those layers, what happens? You’re trying to remove something… that your system is still holding onto energetically. That’s why people: • keep getting the same symptoms • detox and feel worse without resolution • clear something and it comes back • jump from protocol to protocol with no real change Because the root cause (trauma, programs or contracts) is still active. Now let’s talk about this lymphatic cleanse question because it applies to EVERYTHING. Yes… you can absolutely do the energetics without doing the full physical cleanse. And not only “can” you… for many of you, you SHOULD start there. Because when you work on the energetics, you are: • opening pathways in the body • releasing resistance and fear stored in the system • dissolving programs tied to stagnation, illness, and holding trauma • bringing your body back into a state where it feels SAFE to let go And this is key… The body will not release what it does not feel safe releasing. So if you go straight into heavy detox without addressing that: you can overwhelm the system slow things down or even create more symptoms But when you combine: • lymphatic movement (massage, dry brushing, rebounding)

Alright everyone, here’s the breakdown of what we’re doing this month so you can start preparing. As I explained in the video, last month many of you focused on supporting the liver and bile flow, which helps release toxins stored in the body. But the organs that actually remove those toxins are the kidneys and the lymphatic system. So this month we’re focusing on helping the body move those toxins out properly. Hi @JoJo Light why can’t we use home find products for detox and supplements than to rely on zeolite or other supplements available in market? Can we not have some natural ingredients.

@JoJo Light Thank you! I got it now. I was finding a bit difficult to get all the supplements and binders for parasites cleanse and thought it to use something which is more easily available.

I want to clear something up because I’m seeing a lot of confusion around this… Juicing does NOT cause candida. It reveals it. Thank you beautiful for explaining this in so much details. When i started juicing especially with juices that have high natural sugar - whiteness around tongue, sluggish body and high sugar cravings❤️ but thank you making us understand what actually happening or what the body is indicating

Sweet potato are my fav go to especially when I am fasting. I would boil them and add lemon juice and pinch of salt when I feel dizzy 😊
