  • 1 baked sweet potato (soft + fluffy)
🍄 Light Mushroom Add-On (Optional)
  • Mushrooms sautéed with: Splash of water Coconut aminos & Garlic powder or whatever spice you want
  • Or keep them raw!
👉 Keep it light, no oils
🥒 Hydrating Toppings (Key 💧)
  • Cucumber
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Lettuce or greens
  • Grated carrot
  • Optional zucchini
✨ These help support kidney flow + hydration
🥜🌿 Light Cashew Cilantro Dressing (Kidney-Friendly)
Blend:
  • 2 tbsp soaked cashews (not too many)
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • Juice of ½–1 lemon or lime
  • Small piece of cucumber (adds hydration 💧)
  • 3–5 tbsp water (make it thin, not thick)
  • Pinch sea salt
👉 The goal: light + pourable, not creamy-heavy

If you’re feeling:
  • Light / flowing → keep dressing very minimal
  • Triggered / needing grounding → slightly increase cashews, but don’t overdo it 🙏
