Blend:
- 2 tbsp soaked cashews (not too many)
- 1 handful cilantro
- Juice of ½–1 lemon or lime
- Small piece of cucumber (adds hydration 💧)
- 3–5 tbsp water (make it thin, not thick)
- Pinch sea salt
👉 The goal: light + pourable, not creamy-heavy
