Hi, I’m Kelly from Cambridge, England
Some of you may already know my reason for joining BBB so I’ll give you a brief summary. I’ve always been lean and active, and have never had to worry about my weight until three and a half years ago when I had a brain haemorrhage and stroke at the age of 42. My husband and two daughters, who are my entire world, were told that I wouldn’t survive and that, if I did, I probably wouldn’t be able to walk or talk. Thankfully, I beat the odds and, over the course of three years, I learned to walk and talk again. Unfortunately, being inactive for so long meant that I gained A LOT of weight. In April, I joined my local gym and lost a few lbs but didn’t make much progress. In August this year, through the magical power of Instagrams algorithms, I came across Coach Darren’s wise words. The rest is history (and future!) 🎯 My main goal is to be healthy and strong. I’ve already missed out on too much time with my daughters. I’m doing this so they can have their Mum back. My second goal, and I can’t believe I’m sharing this, is for my husband to find me attractive again. ⏳ If I were on death row, my last meal would be Nando’s chicken butterfly with rainbow slaw and tenderstem broccoli. If any of you are ever over here in the UK, let me know. I’d love to meet up to share a coffee and a protein packed meal!

Lena Nguyen - Reside in Southern CA (OC)
Hello everyONE!! My name is Lena. I started my fitness journey 4 years ago after a health wake-up call (hello, high cholesterol 😅). I’m a mom to one amazing daughter and work in healthcare as a Compliance Auditor for the University of California. 💪 Training was never the problem. I spent 2 years with a personal trainer learning proper form and lifting heavy. 🥗 Nutrition? Different story. I overtrained, under-ate, lived on salads, and my weight kept yo-yoing. I was tired, frustrated… and let’s just say not very pleasant to be around 😬. Then the universe stepped in ✨ I joined the BBB Program on 01/02/2025 after Coach Darren popped up on my IG feed saying things that felt way too relatable. The $500 goal incentive around the holidays sealed it!! I trusted my gut instinct for a lifestyle change for my future. Best decision I’ve made, hands down. 🎯 My current goals to be achieve in 18 weeks (End of April): - Lose body fat sustainably. Be at 25% Body Fat - Build strong, confident muscle - Master nutrition in real life—especially social events (because life still happens) 📝Action Plan: - Prioritize Sleep - High Protein Low Carbs - 10K Steps Everyday - Strength Train 3 days and Cardio 2 days - Hydration drinking a minimum of 65 oz Fluids - Lock in a Consistent Gym Schedule 🍜 Death row last meal? Vietnamese crab noodle soup (Bún Riêu) ❤️ Grateful to be here, learn from this community, and cheer you all on. The more real we are, the stronger we get together 💛 P.S. Note to My Loving Self I am worthy and I will achieve my goals as long as it takes.

Lauren Pahati Sarceda - let me reintroduce myself
I miss my maiden name. You can call me Pahati like they did back in the day on high school sports teams! #nostalgic BBB is my favorite new team 🥰. Pahati is pronounced pa-hah-tee. 1) Highest priority goals - Lose fat + build a strong, healthy body (sustainable, not extreme) - Increase my energy + confidence so I can fully show up for myself and my kids - Get stronger + more athletic (and play pickleball well into my 80s 😄) 2) My game plan (how I’ll achieve it) - Protein-first every day (aiming for a consistent protein target + balanced meals) - Daily steps + movement (walks + “pivot plan” for busy mom days) - Strength training + Pilates weekly for muscle, posture, and longevity - Recovery like it’s part of the program (sleep, hydration, planned rest days) - Track my wins + stay accountable in here… progress over perfection ✅ 3) Timeline I’m giving myself 12 weeks to build momentum and results—and I’m in this for the long game (hello road to 40 🥂✨). I am worthy and I will achieve my goals as long as it takes. 💛

Hey hey 👋 I’m Tyler, one of the coaches here at the Breakthrough Body Blueprint! I’ve struggled with my weight for most of my life; tried every diet and workout program you can think of, but nothing ever really stuck. When I joined BBB, everything changed. I dropped just over 50 lbs, kept it off, and honestly feel better than I ever have. Now I’m here to help others do the same, to build habits that last and feel good doing it.
