- Increase my energy + confidence so I can fully show up for myself and my kids
- Get stronger + more athletic (and play pickleball well into my 80s 😄)

- Protein-first every day (aiming for a consistent protein target + balanced meals)
- Daily steps + movement (walks + “pivot plan” for busy mom days)
- Strength training + Pilates weekly for muscle, posture, and longevity
- Recovery like it’s part of the program (sleep, hydration, planned rest days)
- Track my wins + stay accountable in here… progress over perfection ✅
3) Timeline
I’m giving myself 12 weeks to build momentum and results—and I’m in this for the long game (hello road to 40 🥂✨).
I am worthy and I will achieve my goals as long as it takes. 💛
