Day 6 of fast for me
So yesterday I woke up on the last day of fast and was so physically weak and mentally tired . That was a bit surprising as the day before I was strangely with energy and I was at this point on water . I panicked a bit cause I had a busy day . Driving to see my daughter helping her as she had surgery ( carpal tunnel surgery) and staying overnight taking her to her post op surgery appointment ( which I’m doing today ) . So I made the decision to juice watermelon in the am , well Eric did it for me cause my legs were like rubber to weak to stand almost and I was to lightheaded. I first drank electrolyte water , then the watermelon juice , felt less lightheaded and weak I then got on my vibration plate and what a game changer . I felt less weak in my legs and was able to stand normal. I jumped in shower . Started to get dressed and then oh no off to the bathroom. My bowels were reacting to the juice .So I was a bit delayed getting on road cause of that . But I juiced the rest of the day . There is a place near my daughter that sells cold pressed juices . I ordered from there and continued the day on juices. Slept over doing the 3 hour mp3 that Leo led recently. That was a tough one to do again . But my channel is often more clear during these fasts . I was fighting not falling asleep . Just getting up now as I’m writing this . Going to take her to doctor . Then I’m going home in late afternoon early evening . I’m continuing today on juice as i want to be home when I introduce food back ( to be near bathroom in case ) or maybe stay juicing over weekend . It would be great if I could do water fast over the weekend . Keep the momentum going . But I am loosing weight and that’s ok but my clothes are starting to get too big and I can’t be replacing my clothes yet again after the first amount of weight I lost . But I certainly can afford to loose the weight . I’m not underweight for my height😂 . Anyway I missed the last check-in cause I was driving and wanted to concentrate on that as I was feeling better than when I woken but still a bit off .

@Sue Lai Bellett You'll get there Sue! It has taken me 10 months of healing to get to a point where my body would allow me to do a juice fast. My liver would say no after the first day or my intestines would bleed or other symptoms. It's been extremely frustrating and I wanted to give up, but I just kept going, knowing I had to get there at some point. And I did! This time I've been able to do 3 days of juice fasting, then 4 days of water fasting and now dropping back into juice fasting. Just keep healing and never give up on yourself.
Rock rose tea
Hi everyone! I heard about this herb through an IG I watched and have been trying it myself. It works wonderfully for breaking down mucus and self says it helps with biofilm also. I get a lot of mucus in the back of my throat and a cup of this really helps to break it down and clear it out. It has an astringent, but not unpleasant taste to it. I plan to add it to my enemas also on biofilm days and also to the liver and kidney tea recipes Jojo gave. If any of you try it, let me know how you like it.

@Gabriela Alvarez It's fabulous stuff and it goes well with the other tea recipes Jojo gave us. In fact it seems to balance out the taste so they are more balanced in taste. It takes out the highs and lows of the taste of some of the herbs.

Lymphatic drainage •Face, neck, chest.
Facial lymphatic suction cups & facial drainage brushes. I've been playing around with these on face, neck, chest and lymph glands in under arm and groin to help open them up as I'm finding im releasing a lot in head/face and needing a bit extra help 💛 I was using gua sha but finding these are helping unblock and draining better. Still using gua sha in sauna to help release muscle tension in face and scalp.

🥬 Giant Raw Vegan Detox Roll with Tahini Soy Dressing & Wasabi Nut Spice
Light, mineral-rich, deeply cleansing and glow-supportive. One of my favorite high-frequency raw meals for skin, hair, digestion and cellular detox. I’ve been eating this daily to help restore and ground my body as I continue deep cleansing and healing. Meals like this support the nervous system, mineral balance, digestion, and skin from the inside out. It keeps the body light yet nourished, hydrated yet anchored. This is the kind of food that doesn’t just feed the physical body, it supports clarity, glow, and stability on every level while allowing the body to release density naturally. Base Ingredients (for 1 large giant roll, but I eat two 🙈) • 2 rice paper sheets • 2 seaweed / nori sheets • 1 cup cucumber, cut into long thin strips • 1 cup sweet peppers, thinly sliced • 1 cup kelp noodles • 1½ cups lettuce (any kind), shredded • ½ cup microgreens (inside and/or outside) • ¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped • ¼ cup green onions, finely diced • 10–12 fresh mint leaves • Pinch of sea salt to finish How to assemble 1. Prepare all veggies first: cut everything into long thin strips, finely dice the green onions and cilantro. 2. Immerse 2 rice papers in hot water until soft and flexible. Lay them slightly overlapping to form one large base. 3. Place 2 seaweed/nori sheets on top of the rice paper. 4. Layer lettuce first, then kelp noodles, cucumbers, sweet peppers, mint, cilantro, green onions, and microgreens. 5. You can place microgreens inside only or both inside and sprinkled on top after slicing. 6. Roll tightly into one giant roll and slice into long pieces. 7. Finish with sea salt and Wasabi Nut Spice. 🌿 Wasabi Nut Spice (sprinkle topping) • ½ cup cashews or macadamia nuts (finely ground) • 1 tsp wasabi powder (or more to taste) • 1 tbsp kale powder or dehydrated kale • 1 tbsp sesame seeds • ½ tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp sea salt Blend until crumbly and sprinkle generously. 🥄 Tahini Soy Dressing • 2 tbsp tahini • 1 tbsp maple syrup • Juice of ½ lemon
