Diet
My diet throughout the day is good i seem to do really well until the evening. Throughout the evening is my downfall i snack quiet a bit whether its boredom im a little unsure but once im home and relaxed im am up and down to the kitchen. ( Bit of a cookie monster) Any advice on ways to minimise this? Or any healthy snacks i can try instead.

A few other people have mentioned fasting to me. I'd probably have to try it on my days off work as i woukd definately need to eat as my job is quite physical.

Follow Along Arm Workout đź’Ş
I just posted something different on the channel. 35 minutes. Real-time. I'm talking you through every set - form cues, mental shifts, why we're doing what we're doing. It's like having me in your garage or your gym walking you through the entire session. 👉 https://youtu.be/yZx_XHgk3E8 4 exercises: - Alternating dumbbell curls - Overhead tricep presses - Hammer curls - Tricep kickbacks 👉 3-5 sets each. 12-16 reps. Controlled. Connected. Zero elbow pain. Drop a comment after you try it. I want to know what you noticed. ~ Keith

Nice one keith i'll give it a go on my next arm day 👊🏼
Just doing cardio
I wish I would’ve found this site sooner. About 6 weeks ago I was training like I was 25 and it coast me. I went heavy and tore my biceps tendon and bicep. Luckily it wasn’t bad enough to need surgery. Seen the doc today and he cleared me to start lifting this next Monday. Can’t wait to hit the gym with my new knowledge.

Honestly Rob you wont look back ive been doing this since the beginning of january and already feeling and seeing the differences 👊🏼
Here's something most men don't realize until it's too late
Your body doesn't respond to intensity anymore the way it did at 25. Pushing harder doesn't equal better results. It just means longer recovery, beat-up joints, and spinning your wheels. The guys making progress after 40? They're not training harder. They're training smarter. Lower weight, higher control. Fewer sessions, better recovery. Less ego, more results. It's a complete mindset shift from what got you here. What took you the longest to accept about training after 40? Would love to hear your guys' discoveries/realizations training past 40.

At first it was very strange going into the gym and going low. Took me a while to zone out and realise its about what works for me and not trying to keep up with all the meat heads 🤣. Now im finally there im loving my workouts feeling fitter and stronger. Massive thanks keith the work your putting in to this community and your videos etc is truly changing my life 👊🏼
🔥 7-DAY CHALLENGE
New week. New challenge. 7 days. No excuses. This isn't about perfection. It's about showing up every single day and proving to yourself you can follow through. Here's what you're committing to: • Day 1: Post your starting point (weight optional, energy 1-10, one thing to fix) • Day 2: Complete a workout + post which one • Day 3: Post your protein sources for the day • Day 4: Post one thing you did to recover • Day 5: Train + post your workout • Day 6: Post one discipline win from the week • Day 7: Post what changed (even if small) Comment "IN" if you're committing to the 7-Day Rebuild Challenge. Let's see who's serious. - Keith

Day 6 + 7 : Discipline win of the week came in the pool managed my quickest time yet for my x1 mile freestyke swim. Whats changed has got to be portion control at meal times and being more mindful of what is going into my body 👊🏼
