Follow Along Arm Workout 💪
I just posted something different on the channel.
35 minutes. Real-time. I'm talking you through every set - form cues, mental shifts, why we're doing what we're doing. It's like having me in your garage or your gym walking you through the entire session.
4 exercises:
  • Alternating dumbbell curls
  • Overhead tricep presses
  • Hammer curls
  • Tricep kickbacks
👉 3-5 sets each. 12-16 reps. Controlled. Connected. Zero elbow pain.
